China Textile and apparel trade fair was held in New York, USA in 2019. During the exhibition, a number of American buyers said they were very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of Chinese products. They would work with Chinese suppliers to cope with risks and would not consider changing suppliers.

Mark Ngbresson, executive vice president of American fashion brand Vince holding company, said the company has a commitment to Chinese partners and will work together to deal with any possible adverse situation. "Everyone will do one's duty."

Costa Juliana Solomon, a clothing company who has worked with a fur business in China for 5 years, said that because of raw materials from China, the fur business of the company will not be transferred from China. Xu Yingxin, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, said during the exhibition that Chinese suppliers are actively improving their automation and intelligence level through technological innovation and building their own brands to enhance the added value of products.

Analysts believe that China's textile and garment industry will still maintain strong international competitiveness as China's domestic demand continues to grow and the industry strengthens its cooperation with the "one belt and one way" in building national and regional cooperation.
