    EcologyEnvironmental ProtectionFabricDesignCompetitionAccreditation Meeting

In July 29th, the 2019 Third China eco environmental design competition competition was held in Shengze, Jiangsu. It is reported that this competition has received more than 1000 pieces of eco-friendly fabrics from more than 200 textile enterprises nationwide. At the meeting, 13 experts and judges made harsh professional evaluation from the aspects of product's eco-environmental protection, technological innovation, fashion creativity and market applicability. Finally, we selected the best eco environmental material application award, the best Eco Environmental Technology Application Award, and the best eco environmental product market application award of 15.

Li Binhong, director of the national textile product development center, Chen Baojian, chief engineer of the national textile product development center, Liu Zhaoxiang, director of the Industrial Cooperation Department of China Textile Information Center, deputy director of the Wujiang high tech Zone Management Committee, deputy secretary of the Shengze town Party committee, and Zhang Jianhua, director of the China Eastern Silk Market Management Committee.

Wang Yibing, standing committee of the Wujiang District Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Wujiang hi tech Development Zone, Secretary of the Shengze town Party committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the China Eastern Silk Market (Wang Yibing, right 2) visited the jury for on-site guidance and posed for a photo with the expert judges.

The competition is jointly sponsored by the China Textile Industry Federation, the China Textile Information Center, the national textile product development center, the social responsibility Office of the China Textile Industry Federation and the China Eastern Silk Market Management Committee, and the special support of the Shengze people's Government Office in Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

Shengze: innovation driven green development design leads

China eco environmental fabric design competition has been held every two years since it was held in 2015. The competition focuses on new environmental protection materials, new technologies for environmental protection, and the sustainable development of China's textile industry. Under the guidance of "technology, fashion and green" value orientation, we practice the concept of green development. The event is based on Shengze, linking the whole industry, giving full play to the resources and innovation advantages of industry organizations and industrial clusters, and devotes itself to forging Shengze into a pioneer textile industrial cluster with green ecology as the guide and technology innovation and fashion creativity. Shengze's hand in hand with the competition not only reflects the high consistency of the idea of the competition with the direction of Shengze's industrial development, but also reflects Shengze's bright attitude and leading consciousness in green development.

In his speech, Zhang Jianhua pointed out that Shengze now has an important opportunity for the Yangtze River Delta regional integration to develop its national strategy. As a major textile city in China, Shengze has 100 billion industrial clusters, 100 billion professional market and 100 billion enterprises, and has created a complete textile industrial chain from "a drop of oil to a piece of silk and then to a cloth". Shengze promotes the transformation and upgrading of Shengze's textile industry with the concept of "innovation driven, green development and design lead". In weaving and fabric research and development links, Shengze has continuously improved the added value of products through the intelligent transformation and upgrading of equipment, and gradually gained the leading edge in the textile industry. Up to now, nearly 1000 pieces of fabrics have been included in the "China popular fabric". In the aspect of ecological environment governance, we should plan for the construction of textile circular economy industrial park, improve the water control and water conservation system in an all-round way, transform the ecological advantages into development advantages, and let the popular fabrics connect with brand design in the fabric sales link, so that the ecological function will lead the trend of the trend, thus enhancing the competitiveness of Shengze textile green competition and setting up the vogue vane. He also said that since 2015, the three degree competition in Shengze has highlighted the leading position of Shengze fabrics in China's eco functional fabrics through the event platform, showing the charm and charm of "Shengze design", "Shengze weaving" and "Shengze fashion", realizing the integration development of industry, market and city, and making the road of ecological civilization stable and far reaching.

Promoting the implementation of "technology, green and fashion"

In his speech, director Li Binhong combined with the development trend of global eco-environmental protection, with abundant authoritative data and industry cases, expounded the inevitable trend and importance of the development of eco-friendly textiles. She pointed out that when the competition was founded in 2015, the concept of eco-friendly design of textiles proposed by the prospectively coincided with the concept of sustainable development advocated by the first UN Development Summit. In the past five years, the global and Chinese textile industry's awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development have been continuously promoted and deepened.

The first is the macro level. Data show that in 2017, the top 250 countries of global revenue, 93% of the enterprises issued a sustainable development report. China's 13 textile industrial clusters have released 19 social responsibility reports covering 200 billion of the textile industrial output value, more than 20 thousand enterprises and 800 thousand employees.

The two is brand and consumer level. Whether it is the world's top luxury group, such as cloud, fast fashion brand ZARA and H&M, or the brand of domestic clothing, Jiangnan cloth, heaven and so on, the global fashion brands invariably convey the synchronous thinking and strategic plan on the sustainable fashion concept. Consumer market research shows that over 70% consumers agree with the concept of sustainable consumption, and are willing to take a 10% premium.

Three is the industry guidance level. China Textile Information Center and national textile product development center have been committed to the construction of corporate social responsibility and the development of ecological textiles in China's textile industry for many years, and have continued to carry out basic research work. Based on market demand, we have studied in depth from the consumer survey and analysis of eco-friendly textiles and the future development trend of ecological textiles, providing authoritative scientific professional guidance for the development of green products in the industry, and effectively promoting the new orientation of "science, technology, fashion and green" industry.

Grasp the trend and promote the orderly development of green products

With the growing concern of consumers for sustainable fashion, eco textiles have been gradually favored by brands and become hot spots and new favorites of consumers. The competition advocates the concept of eco textile design based on market demand and fashion trend, and guides and promotes the orderly development and innovative application of eco textiles in the whole industry by passing the trend of product development.

At the meeting, Han Junxia, technical manager of China Textile Information Center, analyzed the trend of eco environmental textiles from three dimensions: eco environmental protection materials, ecological environmental protection technology and ecological environmental protection certification. She pointed out that terminal brands and consumers are paying more and more attention to the ecological and environmental protection of raw materials and production processes, and the trend of green consumption has promoted the upstream enterprises to go green. The use of natural fibers, especially organic certified natural fibers in materials, in the production process, using environmental friendly slurry, natural dyes, eco dyes and auxiliaries and other eco environmental technology, in the consumer market through certification to control and monitor the production process of products, protect consumers' rights and interests and promote the application of new materials and technologies in the upstream enterprises, will be the main trend of the development of eco-friendly textiles in the future.

Enlightenment from the development of all dimensional eco-friendly textiles

From Donghua University, Anta (China) Co., Ltd., Yonghui dress culture (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Copenhagen fur (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Soochow University, Bedi Barry Trading (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Shanghai standard top dress Co., Ltd., Beijing Derun Jia Textile Co., Ltd., east textile products, Shanghai Ming Yan Garments Co., Ltd., textile science and technology experts, color and fashion trend research experts, fashion brands and designers, buyers representatives constitute the strong lineup of the jury, while selecting excellent products, it also brings valuable suggestions on green design, fashion creativity, development trend, consumer demand, and market promotion.

"This competition has been improved both in quality and quantity in terms of eco-friendly fiber materials and eco-environmental technology, and has been developing rapidly in terms of the width of raw materials, the depth of enterprise development, and the degree of market application. Eco environmental protection materials include bio based primary fibers, bio based regenerated fibers, dyed fibers of raw liquids, especially regenerated nylon, regenerated polyester and regenerated cotton, and so on. They have been widely and deeply applied. Turning to the overall evaluation of the products of this competition, Chen Baojian also pointed out that from the development level, the integration of single product development with the blending of all kinds of fibers and the integration of technology and fashion have been fully reflected. From the technical point of view, various eco-environmental treatment technologies have been widely applied, including biological enzyme pretreatment technology, coating section dyeing technology, digital printing technology, anhydrous or less water dyeing technology and so on.

Cai Zaisheng, director, professor and doctoral tutor of the Department of textile and chemical engineering, Donghua University, said that the competition fabrics were more fashionable, and the enterprises were more focused on the application of re technology, especially the addition of some new raw materials, and the fusion of various fiber organizations brought more possibilities for the development of downstream garment enterprises. In addition, unlike the past, enterprises are divorced from the phenomenon of development for development, paying more and more attention to market application, and truly achieving market-oriented fabric development. This is especially worth affirming.

Li Jingchuan, senior manager of R & D lab of Anta (China) Co., Ltd., said he was more concerned about two aspects. First, whether raw materials were biodegradable and recyclable, and two was dyeing and finishing technology, so as to reduce energy consumption as much as possible. Judging from the fabric of this competition, many enterprises have adopted new materials, especially degradable materials. In addition, some of the fabrics have adopted new paint dyeing technology and digital printing, from which we can see that enterprises are paying more and more attention to environmental protection.

"This fur is soft, light, and breathable, and is more suitable for market applications." Tian Xiaohua, senior designer and R & D center consultant of Copenhagen fur (Beijing) Co., Ltd., evaluates the participating products from the perspective of fur market application. She said that with the deepening of exploration in new technology and technology, the fur market in China will have great room for development in the future.

The Kingdom and professor from Soochow University admitted that the assessment of this review is different in size and is not limited to raw materials and product styles. He believes that the key to product development is to fully display the technology of fabrics, and not to develop for development. From the perspective of leading the industry development, we must truly realize the innovation of industrial chain and get market recognition. He said that in this contest, we saw a lot of new technology and new technology applications, such as coloring of raw liquid, it can reduce the energy consumption of the latter process, and some enterprises can even do more than 2000 kinds of colors. In the future, this will be a direction of ecological environmental protection.

Bedi, design director of Barry Commerce (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Wang Yutao, said the future trend of the fabric must be green. The participating products of this competition have been introduced to the outside world and have spared no effort in technology research and development. The combination of business and environmental elements has been further improved. He believes that the current market acceptance of innovative eco-friendly fabrics needs to be further explored, and fabric companies need to enhance their publicity and promotion in new products, so as to tell the story behind the development.

Derun, deputy general manager of Beijing Jia Jia Textile Co., Ltd., Xiong Yinghua, said that the works of this competition have improved significantly in terms of ecological materials, innovative research and development, and production technology, and new environmental protection materials are emerging one after another. She believes that many enterprises are still lacking in the promotion of new fabrics, and lack a platform to interact with downstream consumers. In the future, environmental protection will become the focus of mass consumption. "We need to let consumers understand the efforts and exploration of the textile industry on the sustainable path." She said.

Yan Ming, chief designer of Shanghai Ming Yan Garments Co. Ltd., hopes that upstream fabric companies can combine the market, trend, customer feedback and other information to refine the R & D direction. Judging from the participating products of this competition, many fabric manufacturers have focused on product functionality and environmental protection, and have made product design and development according to the seasonal elements. The products will be recognized by the market.

The award results were announced in August.

The products of this competition are mainly eco-friendly fabrics and eco-friendly certification products, which have increased by nearly 20% over the past years. They cover many kinds of cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fiber, knitted and so on. They cover men's wear, women's wear, children's wear, sportswear, sportswear, jeans, shirts and underwear and other consumer terminal applications.

It is reported that the winners will be announced on the official website and the media platform in August. The award-winning enterprises will be invited to participate in the "2019 Third China eco-friendly Fabric Design Competition Award Ceremony" and the "fashion silk collection" held in Beijing China International Fashion Week, the Shengze fashion show. The award-winning products will also be displayed and displayed on the exhibition booth of "China pop fabric" of China international textile fabrics and accessories (Qiu Dong) fair and the "sixth Jiangsu Shengze Textile Fair" in October of September.
