Five, sailing, contact Party B, after the completion of the ship's loading, notify Party A to make preparations for unloading.

If you need to navigate, you will also notify Party A to send the pilot on time. The cost will be borne by the owner.

Six, unloading time: Party A guarantees that Party B will arrive at the anchorage area of the port, and the cargo will be discharged from the anchor during the hour.

Otherwise, Party A will pay the time limit to Party B at the time of the excess of time. The time of loading and unloading operation due to the weather will be deducted from the actual influence time.

Seven, pportation quality: when Party B is loading, Party A shall send a supervisor to supervise the operation. After loading the ship and seal the hatch, Party A can escort the escort (free one person) with the ship.

Party B guarantees that the original shipment will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the goods pported by Party A in addition to losses arising from the safety conditions of the ship.

Eight, pportation cost: according to the state regulations, the first class freight rate of the goods pported by the state is based on the freight charge of the ship's tonnage cargo, and the air freight is charged by 50%.

Nine, cost settlement: after the contract is signed by both parties, Party A shall pay to Party B prepaid pportation costs in advance.

After the unloading of the ship, Party B will settle the bill with Party A on the basis of the cost of pportation.

Ten, supplementary provisions: the contract shall be one copy and one copy of the contract.

And register with the Administration for Industry and commerce. If there are any outstanding matters, it shall be handled in accordance with the contract law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the state.
