Xinxiang Keqiao Two National Economic Development Zone Signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

As the most dynamic and potential economic growth point and the most attractive investment attraction of China's economy, the cooperation and exchange activities of state-level economic and technological development zones are becoming increasingly frequent. Henan Xinxiang economic and Technological Development Zone and Shaoxing Keqiao economic and Technological Development Zone, two of which are separated from the state-level economic development area, have contacts and exchanges since March of this year. In order to further promote cooperation and exchanges between the two places, on the morning of August 31st, under the leadership of Wang Feng, deputy inspector of the Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, the principal leaders of Xinxiang Economic Development Zone went to Keqiao. The two sides joined hands to explore new models and new models for the innovation and development of state-level economic development zones.

At present, Keqiao district is strives to enter the "ten strong areas" of the whole nation by focusing on the strategic positioning of building "the leader of the construction of Shaoxing metropolis and bridgehead of Shanghai Hangzhou metropolitan area". The Xinxiang economic development zone and the Keqiao open area were all upgraded to the national level economic and technological development zones in 2012. They are the same as the Keqiao Economic Development Zone, the target is the same, and the industry is integrated. We hope to further narrow the distance between Xinxiang and Keqiao through this activity, enhance bilateral friendship, promote cooperation and exchanges, and achieve win-win development.

Based on the background and favorable regional location of Rong Hang connecting Shanghai and Ningbo, the five leading industries of PTA (chemical fiber), textile printing and dyeing, new materials (thin film, carbon fiber), metal manufacturing (equipment and machinery, auto parts) and environmental protection energy have been basically formed in the Keqiao economic Development Zone. It is the main engine of Keqiao's economic development and the main battlefield of industrial transformation and upgrading. Since the implementation of the system reform in 2018, the main business in the open area has been more prominent, the efficiency of the interaction between technology and industry has been continuously enhanced, traffic construction and urban functions have been continuously strengthened, the regional business environment has been continuously improved, and subsequent kinetic energy has springing up continuously, and will continue to follow the goal of the Yangtze River Delta integration development in the future.

Xinxiang Economic Development Zone has solid industrial foundation, strong production capacity and perfect industrial chain platform. It is an important demonstration area of Henan's ten first industrial gathering area and Henan new industrialization. At present, the comprehensive development pattern of the terminal textile industry chain, such as synthetic fiber, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing and so on, has been preliminarily formed. Key projects such as egret chemical fiber, Sino textile green fiber cooperation project, Henan textile and garment export base, printing and dyeing industrial park in Xinxiang economic development zone are looking forward to more cooperation with Keqiao economic development zone.

The Xinxiang economic development zone is the "leading sheep" of the National Development Zone in Henan province. The textile and garment industry is its leading industry. This can complement each other with the strong printing and dyeing industry in Keqiao economic and Trade Zone, and the two sides have a good foundation for cooperation. Through today's on-the-spot investigation, we feel deeply and in the future. We hope that Xinxiang's economic development zone will earnestly learn the advanced experience of Keqiao's economic development zone. The two sides will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

In the future, the two sides will carry out strategic cooperation at various levels, such as industrial cooperation, investment promotion, training and exchange of cadres, and so on. We will practically promote a number of effective reform and innovation initiatives, build a number of influential cooperation platforms, implement a number of landmark cross regional cooperation projects, train a group of cadres and innovative business management talents, and explore a number of supporting policies to boost economic and social development in both areas. We will strive to establish a cooperation mechanism between the two places by 2022, and hope that today's cooperation will become tomorrow's productivity.
