China Textile Fabric Copyright Protection Forum

The fabric pattern has always been the most competitive core element in the textile industry chain. In recent years, Keqiao District of Shaoxing has actively initiated the "Keqiao mode" of fabric pattern copyright protection, increased R & D investment and copyright protection, enhanced the competitiveness of textile products, and promoted the high quality development of the textile industry.

This afternoon, as an important part of the 2019 second business conference, China's textile fabric Copyright Protection Forum was successfully held in Keqiao, Shaoxing.

The forum is hosted by the China Copyright Association and the Zhejiang provincial Copyright Bureau. The Shaoxing Keqiao people's government and Zhejiang copyright association hold the theme of "respecting originality and innovating development". The famous experts and scholars both at home and abroad are gathered to exchange and discuss the new trend and trend of the current copyright protection and industrial development of China's textile fabrics.

Protect originality, protect pattern copyright. Over the years, Shaoxing Keqiao, Guangdong Foshan, Jiangsu Nantong, Shandong Weifang four supervision departments have been sincere cooperation, formed a pattern copyright protection cooperation Union. At the forum, the four provincial textile copyright protection alliance cooperation mechanism was jointly signed by the copyright management department of four provinces of Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu and Guangdong. The four provincial alliance cooperation marks the four province's copyright protection into a comprehensive stage of sharing and co protection, and is the "first step" in the field of national copyright protection.

The state intellectual property rights county project is an important starting point for the State Intellectual Property Office to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights. Keqiao, known as "a new city on a piece of cloth", has become the international textile capital of the new era. In order to add "flower" to this cloth brocade, Keqiao has been committed to the protection of textile fabric patterns. At the forum, Keqiao district also won the title of "pilot counties (districts) of national intellectual property rights strong counties (districts)".

At the same time, the copyright protection of "new" artifact -- the copyright data center of China Textile City and the application system of pattern matching are also officially released at the forum. As one of the key tasks of the Keqiao district government in 2019, under the guidance of Zhejiang Copyright Bureau, the system was jointly developed by Keqiao district marketing Supervision Bureau and Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology. It has the functions of "second level" query feedback and output comparison report, and can carry out batch comparison of more than dozens of patterns at the same time, which is effectively applied to copyright enquiries and traceability.

The forum will be held in two days. On the second day, we will also welcome Lv Guoqiang, senior adviser to the World Intellectual Property Organization's China office and senior visiting scholar of Harvard University, Mr. Mario Bosse, the master of international fashion class, the honorary president of the Italy National Fashion Association, Mr. Yang Li, "the most influential person in the field of intellectual property protection".
