In his speech, Xu Yingxin said that in the past three years, the cooperation between China and the Mekong River has been linked by trade and investment, and the cooperation between the textile and garment industry has become increasingly close. The regional textile industrial chain and supply chain system is gradually forming a division of labor, cooperation and coordination. The cooperation between China and the Mekong River is moving towards a higher quality development.


As a major province of production and export of China's textile and garment industry, Jiangsu has a large number of textile and garment industrial clusters, including Zhangjiagang, which have complete industrial chain system and outstanding professional characteristics, and many excellent clothing brand enterprises with strong influence both at home and abroad. The seminar is organized by special enterprises. The participants from Kampuchea, Laos, Burma, Thailand and Vietnam are invited to come to Zhangjiagang to conduct seminars and visit outstanding enterprises to share with them the experience of the development and construction of China's textile and garment industrial clusters. I hope that during the visit of the trainees in Zhangjiagang, they will see more, think more, and gain more results, and hope that this research can lead to more extensive and in-depth discussions and exchanges.


In his speech, Lu Chongmin said that textile industry is one of the pillar industries in Zhangjiagang. The annual output value exceeds 60 billion yuan, accounting for 13% to 15% of the total industrial output value of the city. After years of deep ploughing and development, it has become an important textile industrial cluster in the country. It has more than 3100 textile enterprises, and has established a group of influential and well-known backbone enterprises such as Australia Ocean Group, Huafang group and Dong Du group. In his keynote speech, Tao Yanbin said that in recent years, the textile industry in Zhangjiagang has shown the following characteristics: the complete range of textile products, the obvious advantages of leading enterprises, the gradual emergence of cluster effects, the marked enhancement of brand awareness, the continuous improvement of equipment level, and the steady advance of regional layout. There are 10 textile enterprises in 100 backbone enterprises in Zhangjiagang. They have 3 tens of billions of textile enterprises, including Huafang group, Australia Ocean Group and Dong Du group. The regional industrial clusters formed by towns are becoming more and more obvious. In the future, the textile industry in Zhangjiagang will continue to deepen cooperation with the countries along the "one belt and one road" area, including the LAN Mei region, while carrying out projects such as intelligent manufacturing, technology driven and brand promotion.


In addition, Tao Yanbin briefed delegates on Zhangjiagang's experience in promoting the development of textile industry: focusing on policy guidance, enhancing enterprise development confidence, optimizing regional layout, promoting the development of industrial clusters, persisting in innovation and development, enhancing the level of intelligent manufacturing, improving the functions of associations and giving full play to the role of services.


Xie Ming said in the report that the textile industry is a pillar industry of Jiangsu's industrial economy, and Jiangsu's textile and garment industry has a long history. It has the reputation of "sunrise, clothing and the world". Now it has a complete industrial chain, and cotton, wool, hemp, silk and chemical fiber are five spun. Under the guidance of the "one belt and one way" construction, Lanmei region has become a "hot spot" for textile industry investment, and Jiangsu textile industry's investment in Lanmei region has been continuously strengthened, and there will be further development in the future.


Subsequently, Xie Ming took the specific investment case as the breakthrough point, and analyzed the investment status, characteristics and favorable conditions of Jiangsu enterprises in Lanmei country. At present, the investment characteristics of Jiangsu enterprises in Lanmei are mainly: first, the target market of investment enterprises is very clear; two, investment enterprises are basically incremental investment; three, investment projects have a higher starting point, and the equipment level is generally higher than the current domestic equipment level.


For further cooperation between Jiangsu and LAN Mei, Xie Ming also put forward two suggestions: on the one hand, we hope that the Meizhou Lanzhou countries will strengthen communication and exchanges, enhance mutual understanding, establish mutual coordination mechanisms, and promote deep cooperation; on the other hand, we hope that Lanmei will attach importance to talents training in transnational investment.


During the exchange session, Xu Weimin, chairman of Dongdu group, Daniel Chan, President of Cathay Pacific Group, and new Dongxu textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., Huaxia hat and Zhongzhi textile, respectively, introduced the company's development, overseas investment status and international layout characteristics to all students.


In recent years, the "Zhangjiagang" high quality enterprises represented by Cathay group and Dong Du group have responded positively to the call of the state and invested heavily in trade and cooperation with the countries along the belt. Many companies in Cathay Pacific have established garment production bases in Burma, Kampuchea, Vietnam and other places through their own cooperation. The Dong Du group has also been actively carrying out international layout, opening factories in Vietnam, Kampuchea, India, Bangladesh and other countries and regions, and processing and developing raw materials such as brand children's clothing, sportswear and other fabrics, and so on.


The "rising star" represented by new Dongxu textile printing and dyeing, Huaxia hat industry, Zhongzhi textile and Fu Teri clothing is also actively "going out" to invest in Vietnam, Burma and Kampuchea, conduct international production capacity cooperation, optimize the proportion of foreign investment, and enhance the ability of enterprises to resist risks. In the process of investing in factories, Chinese enterprises also clearly feel that Vietnam, Kampuchea, Burma, Thailand and Laos are constantly upgrading their infrastructure, labor dispute coordination, professional training, policies, regulations, regulations, and so on, so as to provide continuous support for the steady development of Chinese enterprises.

As a hi-tech enterprise specializing in the production of differential polyester fiber, Suzhou dragons special fiber Limited by Share Ltd, relying on its strong R & D capability and advanced production technology and equipment, has been the core specialty product of suede fiber series, imitation leather grass weir series, PTT fiber series and so on through the continuous innovation of products. It covers FDY, DTY, POY and other products, and has hundreds of products and specifications.


On the morning of 15, the participants of the training class visited the DTY workshop. It is reported that there are 33 machines in the workshop, mainly producing composite fibers and functional fibers.


Talking about why the DTY bomb workshop is chosen as the focus of this visit, the company official said that the existing production equipment of DTY bomb workshop is more advanced, and the products produced are more representative. The overall equipment level, process management and innovation level of the workshop are in the leading position in the industry.

Jiangsu Dong Du Textile Group, which has nearly 60 years of development history, has now developed into a large-scale textile enterprise which integrates R & D, brand, production and logistics as the main body, and fabrics, garments and related accessories as the main line. According to Xu Yan, executive deputy general manager of Dong Du group, the group has branches and offices in Singapore, Hongkong and Canada, and has established textile and garment production plants in Kampuchea, Vietnam and Malaysia.


Xu Yan introduced the course of development, unique advantages, and brand partners to the trainees, and led students to visit the intelligent template shop, automatic rotary printer, post intelligent workshop, intelligent material factory and intelligent control center.


Dong Du Textile Group has international advanced weaving, dyeing, finishing and testing equipment; intelligent clothing assembly line, automatic clothing after the entire packaging line; all kinds of imported computer embroidery and printing equipment, 95% of the company's products exported to Japan, the United States, Australia, Britain, France and other 12 countries and regions, products by carter's, Adidas, Polo, BONDS, PUMA and other brands of favor.


After the visit, Xu Weimin, chairman of the Dong Du Textile Group, held extensive friendly exchanges with the students of the Mekong River. Xu Weimin said that the Dong Du Textile Group is continuing to push forward the strategy of crossing the river across the sea. Huafang group is a large modern joint-stock enterprise group mainly based on textile and diversified development. The company takes textile as the main business, cotton spinning as the core, and governs four major business units including cotton spinning, dyed weaving, weaving and dyeing, and wool textile dyeing. Now it owns 2 million spindles of cotton spinning spindles, 1500 looms and 150 thousand spindles.

It is understood that Lian Hong textile imports world-class, automated spinning and finishing equipment such as Germany, Italy, France and Japan, and introduces advanced production technology to build a complete industrial chain from bar making, dyeing, coarse fine spinning to knitted garments, to meet the needs of customers with diversified yarn, sweater products and other high-end products.


Chai Xiaogang, chairman and general manager of Lian Hong textile, also said that the company has been focusing on R & D innovation, focusing on "industry university research" cooperation, and taking talent strategy as an important strategic goal of enterprise development.
