A shirt manufacturing itself has dozens of complex processes, and the application of cloth to material selection, small to one thread and one yarn has strict consideration and standardization requirements. If we want to get a high quality shirt, we will inject science and technology into products.

For fabric production, ordinary cotton fabrics have the advantages of being soft, breathable and easy to stain, but wrinkles, shrinkage and deformable defects are also obvious. In order to improve fabrics, Ruyi company develops or introduces specialized equipment by itself, and breaks the problem one by one.

In order to endow cotton fabric with wrinkle resistant and smooth surface properties, Ruyi company has invested tens of millions of importing the world's most advanced liquid ammonia finishing equipment. It is also the only "liquid ammonia mercerizing machine" in Xinjiang, replacing the traditional caustic soda mercerizing method for cotton fabrics. The mercerizing process of fabrics with liquid ammonia impregnation, liquid ammonia recovery and liquid ammonia reuse has been improved, and the elasticity, abrasion resistance, strength and water absorption of fabrics have been effectively improved.

In view of the shrinkage characteristics of cotton fabrics, Qin Shaoyun, a workshop worker, invented the "pre shrinking operation method" in practice, which effectively ensured the width of fabrics. This operation method has also become a part of standardized production procedures.

Li Shiqi, an inventor of the technology, said that the technology of cotton dyeing wastewater in dyeing process is divided into high salt residue, high COD heavy sewage and light sewage, so that they can be recycled or discharged. At present, the recovery rate of salt in wastewater has reached 80% to 90%, and the reuse rate of reclaimed water is 50%. Other sewage enters the sewage treatment plant regularly, and can meet the irrigation standard. The dye residues can be carbonized into high-quality activated carbon materials. Further development of the technology can achieve low cost and nearly zero discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater.

The reporter noted that this achievement was implemented by Xinjiang Ruyi staff innovation studio, which lasted for three years. This "staff innovation studio" is an important think tank for Xinjiang Ruyi textile to maintain technological innovation and vitality.

In the past three years, the studio has completed more than 120 items of equipment innovation and research projects, of which 15 have obtained national patent certificates through national patent examination, and 6 are currently applying for them.
