    All types of freight cars in the new standard are classified according to the total axle number, vehicle length and total permitted mass. The superposition of the two methods allows the driver's license to carry the tonnage of "big ton small mark" again without any use.

    2, the core focus, how the new standard will be divided into truck models.

    From the point of view of the announcement, the new standard is no longer a single quasi tonnage, but a number of axle numbers as an index. The total weight and vehicle length are listed as two indicators, and multiple indexes are superimposed on the mode of vehicle division.

    3, one indicator: vehicle number is divided by axle number.

    According to the basis of the axle number, the freight cars are divided into two axes, three axes, four axes, five axes, six axes and six axes, which is very similar to the 2003 class 1-5 type of five vehicles.

    4, two indicators: vehicle length and total allowable quality

    Compared with the old standard, there is an important change here, that is, no longer according to the quasi load tonnage on the driving license, but directly according to the total weight of the vehicle on the driving license. Weighing is carried out at high speed inbound stations to avoid overload and overrun vehicles entering the expressway.

    According to the classification value of the new standard, the two axle light truck with a total length of less than 6 meters and a gross weight less than 4.5 tons will be included in the 1 category.

       The two axle cars with a total length of 6 meters or more and 4.5 tons or more of the total quality will be classified into 2 types.

    Prior to that, the state office has issued a request to adjust the toll method of freight cars. Since January 1, 2020, the toll has been unified according to the vehicle (axle) type, and the weighing inspection of the entrance of the closed expressway toll station has been implemented synchronously.

    With the limit of overload detection standard:

    Two axle truck: the total quality of its goods should not exceed 18 tons (the total weight of two axle trucks should not exceed the total quality specified by the driver's license).

    Three axle truck: the total quality of its goods should not exceed 25 tons; the total quality of the three axle truck must not exceed 27 tons.

    Four axle truck: the total quality of its goods should not exceed 31 tons; the total quality of the four axle truck must not exceed 36 tons.

    Five axle car train: the total quality of its vehicle must not exceed 43 tons.

    The six axle and six axle above car train: the total quality of its goods should not exceed 49 tons, of which the tractor drive shaft is single axle, and the total quality of the vehicle must not exceed 46 tons.

    After the implementation of the new standards, illegal overloaded vehicles will not be allowed to enter the expressway. The toll gate entrance will be weighed without stopping. All illegal overloaded vehicles will not be allowed to enter the expressway.
