2019 National Printing And Dyeing Energy Conservation And Environmental Protection Annual Meeting

 

At present, China is in the critical period, critical stage and window period for building ecological civilization and strengthening environmental protection. Printing and dyeing industry as a key link in energy saving and emission reduction and technological innovation of textile industry, strengthening technological innovation, tackling technical problems, popularizing advanced and applicable technologies and enhancing green competitiveness are becoming important measures to promote the development of printing and dyeing industry with high quality. The national printing and dyeing energy saving and environmental protection annual meeting has become an important platform for the whole industry to brainstorm and explore the way ahead.

On October 30~31, sponsored by the China printing and dyeing industry association and the Sheyang County People's government, the 2019 national (Jiangsu Sheyang) printing and dyeing industry energy conservation and environmental protection annual meeting was held in Sheyang, Jiangsu Province, jointly organized by the Sheyang county Party Committee Organization Department, the Yancheng City textile dyeing and finishing Industrial Park, the Shanghai bridge Jiangsu Textile Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jiangsu printing group Sheyang printing and dyeing Co., Ltd.

The leaders attending the meeting were Li Lingshen, vice chairman of the Federation of China textile industry, Ji Xiaochun, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Sheyang Provincial People's Congress, Qiu Debing, deputy chairman of the Sheyang County People's Congress, deputy secretary of the Sheyang Provincial People's Congress, Secretary of the party's working Committee of the Yancheng City textile dyeing and finishing Industrial Park, Wu Jun, Secretary of the Party committee of Linghai Town, Sheyang Province, Li Ruiping, vice chairman of the China dyeing and printing industry association, Lin Lin, vice president and Secretary General of the China dyeing and printing industry association, Fu Shaohai, Dean of the Institute of textile and clothing, Jiangnan University, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, Qiu Hong Hong, President of Xianghua Group Co., Ltd., former director of environmental protection Specialized Committee of China printing and dyeing Association, and Xi Dan, Donghua University professor.

Ji Xiaochun, director of the Standing Committee of the Sheyang Provincial People's Congress, delivered a speech. The textile industry is a characteristic industry and pillar industry in Sheyang. At present, the county accounts for 32.6% of the textile enterprises in the industrial enterprises. Sheyang has two provincial textile leading enterprises, Shuang Shan Group and Yancheng City's first joint venture Zhen Yang plush. It is the only Municipal Textile dyeing and finishing professional park in Northern Jiangsu. It is also the national textile industry transfer pilot park and the innovation and demonstration park of China's printing and dyeing industry. It has successively settled in a group of leading, technology and flagship enterprises such as Sha Ying group, SHANG Jia printing and dyeing, bridge weaving, Kangping Na intelligent printing and dyeing, and has initially formed a complete industrial chain of weaving, printing, dyeing, finishing and home textiles. I believe that through the in-depth discussion of this annual meeting, Sheyang printing and dyeing industry and even the national printing and dyeing industry can explore a green and efficient development path.

Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, said in his speech that green and sustainable development is now the consensus of the global textile industry. Printing and dyeing is a key link in China's green manufacturing. The key technologies of green manufacturing need the printing and dyeing industry and enterprises to work together and push forward together. Therefore, this year's printing and dyeing environmental protection annual conference will play a great role in reference to the development of green printing and dyeing technology in the future. Through this conference, the first is to improve the construction of environmental protection management system. The two is to promote the technological level of the printing and dyeing industry through technology research and technology application. The three is to further strengthen the sense of responsibility of industry enterprises. Only through these three aspects can we promote the green development and environmental protection development of the printing and dyeing industry as a whole. At the same time, we hope that we can achieve more technical exchanges in the next two days.

Li Yanping, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, said at the meeting that "the latest interpretation of the state's environmental management policy" will be carried out in the future. The state's environmental protection policy will be: emission permits, unsupervised emission control, and environmental taxes are not "all alike". The enterprises that meet the standards will face new situations such as less taxes; the printing and dyeing enterprises will also face the following: sewage permits "one certificate management", "self checking and obeying the law" of pollutant discharge units, "dual control" of total and concentration of environmental management, pollution control from "factory area to production facility", strict compliance with the law of sewage enterprises, strict disclosure of "accounting books", "tax to tax" and strict tax collection.

Wu Jun, Secretary of the Yancheng City textile dyeing and finishing Industrial Park and Secretary of the Party committee of Linhai town of Sheyang County, delivered the speech of "Yancheng City textile dyeing and finishing Industrial Park". She said that Yancheng City textile dyeing and finishing Industrial Park is ushering in a new round of transformation and development opportunities. Now 56 enterprises are entering, and initially formed a chain industry pattern featuring "dyeing, finishing, flower, yarn, cloth and clothing industrial chain". The overall layout of the park is "three areas, one center", that is, the ecological dyeing and finishing area, the high-end textile area, the clothing home textile area and the industrial service center. In addition, the park is striving to enhance the core of science and technology and make green become the main color of the park. Therefore, we sincerely invite guests to visit and guide the industry.

Fu Shaohai, Dean of the Institute of textile and clothing, Jiangnan University, delivered the keynote speech on the preparation technology of nano pigment capsules and its application in textile dyeing and printing. He explained in detail the development of nano pigment capsule from three aspects: the development of inkjet printing high stability nano pigment capsule, the development of textile printing self adhesion nano pigment capsule, and the development of self dispersed nano pigment for raw liquor coloring.

"The situation of pollutants detection in China's printing and dyeing wastewater is more severe than that in some Southeast Asian countries." Gao Ming, senior manager of Biwei Shen Mei commodity inspection (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., in his speech on "restriction and treatment of pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater", explained in detail the various environmental monitoring methods currently applied in China: physical and chemical detection, biological detection, luminescent bacteria toxicity test and flea toxicity detection. Then he also analyzed the requirements of the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, sulphide, aniline, six valence chromium, chlorine dioxide and other wastewater projects and textile toxic and harmful substances.

"Deep learning of printing and dyeing technology based on the big data of industrial Internet, realizing artificial intelligence of printing and dyeing process is one of the important directions for future development." Gu Ren, chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), pointed out that in the speech on "digitization system of printing and dyeing technology based on AI technology", the intelligent future of the stereotype machine must be the focal point, and the technical essentials and technological properties of the intelligent shaping machine were introduced in detail.

During the meeting, Lin Lin, vice president and Secretary General of the China dyeing and printing industry association, chaired the "thirteenth batch of recommended catalogue of advanced technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in the printing and dyeing industry of the whole country" (see the end of the paper), and issued the "national printing and dyeing industry energy conservation and environmental protection excellent Park" plaque for Yancheng City textile dyeing and finishing Industrial Park.

In the afternoon and October 31st, the meeting will continue, and we will continue to explore topics such as "research and application of continuous flat width equipment", "zero discharge treatment technology of textile printing and dyeing wastewater", "Application of carbon dioxide in printing and dyeing production and sewage treatment", "efficient removal technology of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in printing and dyeing wastewater", "energy saving and emission reduction series projects to enhance cleaner production of enterprises" and so on.
