In November 18, 2019, the China Textile Construction Planning Institute, the founding conference of the Guangzhou Bay Hongkong Macau Bay Research Institute and the 2019 China textile construction planning branch working conference was held in Guangdong. Liu Yueping executive director said that in the background of the construction of the Da Wan area, the Guangdong clothing and apparel industry association actively led and promoted the construction of the fashion Bay area, and led the establishment of the Bay Area fashion industry alliance, and proposed the creation of the "Bay Area fashion innovation corridor", leading the "Tree Bay Bay fashion culture confidence".
