Since November, the cotton yarn industry has been constrained by financial pressure on the one hand. On the other hand, it has come from various problems such as cost weakness and its own inventory pressure. Most of the varieties have begun to show the phenomenon of letting money back, and the price of their own disc processing fees has also been reduced when the fall is far ahead of the raw materials.

As early as the middle and late 10 months, the vortex spinning of cotton yarn has begun to show signs of loosening. Since November, the vortex spinning R40S has led to a marked decline, including ring spinning, siro spinning, air spinning and tight siro spinning of cotton yarn. Among them, the cumulative strength of the vortex spinning dropped to 800-1700 in the month, the strength of ring spinning dropped 500-700, Siro and tight Siro 400-800, and the price of the imitation rabbit hair core spun yarn fell down after double eleven, and the cumulative fall rate reached 1000 in the month. In November, viscose staple fiber accumulated less than 450 yuan per ton in the month. Even if the spinning enterprises still had a high price, even if the cost was calculated on the same day, most of the varieties of cotton yarn had fallen far beyond viscose staple and the processing cost of disc was obviously reduced. For example, R40S (Wo Liu) and R30S (ring) are only slightly higher than the normal processing fee of 25 yuan / ton, and some of the market's low sales prices have even been in a loss. From the point of view of the annual processing cost of the main process of cotton yarn, the Siro and siro spinning began to reduce significantly since August. Therefore, since September, there has been a significant part of the production and transfer of products in Fujian and Jiangxi, and the rate of start-up of the cotton yarn industry has been declining. The ring spinning R30S since mid October, the disc processing fee can only be maintained at a slightly higher level for a long time. In the past, Xiaoshan area accounted for its own selling price by 4500 or even 5000 of the labor cost, and some enterprises also moderately reduced by 30%. In addition, the mainland has gradually reduced the number of spinning factories to produce factories, and the average starting rate of cotton yarn has gradually declined in the past year. However, along with the recent stable prices of viscose staple fibers and the overfall of cotton yarn, the yarn enterprises have been relieving some of their capital and inventory pressure through promotion. Currently, the selling price of 16000 yuan / ton of R40S (Siro) in Fujian area has already led some customers in Guangdong to make proper preparations, and the intensity has been around for half a month. And since last week, the Xinjiang region has also made certain turnover for some airflow and the promotion of ring varieties. In addition, although the market expects December viscose staple fiber may still choose to offer price, but it is expected to continue to explore the space narrowing, and do not say that the low price of human cotton yarn has been oversold, even if people continue to choose cotton yarn in December to continue to make substantial price, but also because of the gradual closure of weaving and limited volume and little significance, it is expected that cotton yarn will continue to fall or moderate slowdown in December.
