Notice On Public Consultation On The People'S Republic Of China Value-Added Tax Law (Draft)
In order to improve the tax law system, improve the public participation in legislation, extensively integrate social consensus and promote scientific legislation, democratic legislation and open door legislation, we drafted the People's Republic of China value-added tax law (Draft), and now we solicit opinions from the public. The public can make suggestions through the following channels and ways before December 26, 2019.
