The relevant responsible person of the District Bureau said that in recent years, our region has actively complied with the development trend of "Internet +", and actively implemented the digital economy "project 1". It is precisely docking the "industrial 4", focusing on the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, and vigorously promoting the intelligent transformation and digitalization of textile dyeing and printing enterprises. It is accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry.

In order to further guide the enterprises to change their ideas, our district has issued the document entitled "five year doubling plan for digital economy development (2018-2022)", "global printing and dyeing enterprise upgrading and upgrading work plan" and "implementation plan for promoting the high quality development of Keqiao's printing and dyeing industry" and other documents. Under the guidance of the government, a number of printing and dyeing leading enterprises such as "Ying Li", "Xin Ming dyeing and finishing" and "Sheng Sheng printing and dyeing" have also accelerated the intelligent transformation of "machine replacement" and "printing and dyeing of the brain". With the help of advanced information technology such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and industrial Internet, the traditional process, production mode and management mode have been transformed. Through the comprehensive application of ERP system, auxiliaries, automatic weighing and batching and conveying system, real-time monitoring of water and steam gas, energy saving control and waste heat classification and reuse system, and so on, the industry has been upgrading continuously.

Data show that up to now, 210 intelligent transformation key enterprises in our region are carrying out transformation in batches, and 41 of the first 65 enterprises have basically completed the transformation, and the investment has been completed in 3 billion 912 million yuan in 1-10. The "two integration" development index of our enterprises has increased from 71.37 in 2014 to 87.71 in 2018. At the same time, the software and information service enterprises, such as "thinking wisdom", "tile culture", "Xinlong software" and other traditional industries, such as textile printing and dyeing, have also achieved rapid development. Take "thinking wisdom" as an example, the company has doubled its sales revenue for four consecutive years.

"As the pilot of the national level county economic informatization, the national new industrialization industrialization demonstration base, and the first batch of two deep integration national comprehensive demonstration zones in Zhejiang, our region will further accelerate the digitalization of traditional industries and help the development of digital economy in the region." According to the relevant official of the Bureau, by 2022, the added value of the core economy of our digital economy will strive to reach more than 4 billion yuan.
