Metal fiber is a special fiber which is different from the traditional textile materials (cotton, wool, silk, hemp and chemical fiber). The diameter of the fiber is up to 1~80 m, which is thinner than the hair. Metal fiber has good conductivity, heat conduction, magnetic conductivity and high temperature resistance, and its manufacturing method is relatively simple. The antistatic clothing can be used for electrostatic work clothes and ultra clean workwear in professional workplaces, as well as military and armed police uniform and training clothes. Ordinary civil textiles, such as knitted sweater, cashmere sweater and so on, can also add organic conductive fibers to avoid electrostatic interference in work and life.

Radiation protection

The metal fiber anti radiation fabric utilizes the unique and stable electromagnetic shielding performance of metallic fibers. At present, there are four kinds of anti radiation fabrics on the market: metal fiber anti radiation fabric, multi-element (nanometer) anti radiation fabric, copper / nickel ion radiation protection fabric and silver fiber anti radiation fabric.

The metal fiber anti radiation fabric has higher radiation protection performance, and the metal fiber anti radiation fabric is more beautiful, washable, coloured, easy to breathe, good in permeability, stable in shielding performance, and reasonable in manufacturing cost. It is the most commonly used radiation protection fabric at present.

Because the metal ion is very strong, the metal fiber textile fabric can release 5000-8000 negative ions per square centimeter. It has been proved by medical field that the metal fiber products can kill many kinds of strains, and the bacteriostatic effect is satisfactory.

Metal wire fabric refers to the fabric made of ordinary cotton, polyester or nylon fabric combined with metal wire. The proportion of cotton, polyester or nylon fabric is over 90%, and the proportion of metal wire is very small.
