Although the overall output of fabrics is a manifestation of changes in the textile market, the order changes in the printing and dyeing factories are more convincing than the weaving factories in the microscopic market.

The order of one or two weaving factories in textile market is generally difficult to reflect the quality of the market. Fewer looms, tens of thousands of orders may be even more alive; and if the fabric of the weaving factory is just as popular as some kind of product, the order volume will naturally be less, but it can not show that other fabrics are also selling well, but it will cause a sharp decline in the order of other surface materials due to the substitution effect between fabrics. For example, this year's T400 has been very popular in the second half of the year, but sales of fake memory, real memory and other fabrics have been dismal, and the overall market is still flagging.

Comparatively speaking, the orders of dyeing factories reflect the overall situation of textile market better. First of all, the number of dyeing factories is limited, and there will be more looms, and the final products will be gathered to the dozens of dyeing factories. In addition, no dyeing factory will produce only one kind of fabric, but it will involve a variety of products, but it will be better at certain products.

Entering the warehouse nearly 500 volumes a day, there is still no right to speak in the dyeing factory.

In the days when the weaving enterprises have already planned to have a holiday, the dyed factories are rushing to make a reasonable and effective arrangement for production because of the urgent delivery of customers.

According to a veteran dyeing factory that is good at four rounds, their factories are not small, and they have more than 100 dyed cylinders. However, there are many orders in the near future, and many customers are large orders of tens of thousands of meters and more than ten thousand meters, and more than 100 cylinders are not enough at all.

As usual, no matter whether it is dye or delivery, we can talk with the factory, but this time we have little say. Because now the factory is not a problem of pressing cards for several days, but all cards must be signed by the director if they are issued. Without the signature of the director, half a month's worth of cards will not be able to carry down.

T400 orders declined, and other varieties emerged.

T400 fabric performance this year can be said to be a "King", but the textile market depends on a "King" can not rise, not to mention the "King" is still pressing other fabrics to survive. But recently, "good news" came from the dyeing factory - the order of T400 went down.

There is a dyeing factory in Shengze. The products that are processed in the factory are very complicated, like silk, nylon spinning, four side bombs and so on, so long as they are regular varieties in the market. For a long time this year, the factory has almost become a "T400" factory. Every day, more than 100 cylinders of T400 will be produced. All the machines run in the factory are T400 fabrics, and it is hard to see the traces of other fabrics.

But in the recent factory, it is reflected that the number of T400 is declining. From the peak, nearly 200 cylinders a day, 60-70 cylinders a day before half a month, and 20-30 cylinders a day now. T400 daily production is greatly reduced, but the operating rate of the dye cylinder is still 100%, and it still needs to be stuck for 7 days. The performance of the dyeing plant is mainly due to other conventional fabrics such as imitation silk, nylon spinning, spring Asian spinning and so on.

Another dyeing factory also has the same performance. According to the person in charge of dyeing factory, because their factory is not very good at T400 fabric, they don't get much light when the T400 order is large. The factory's operating rate was only 5-7 at a time, but in the near future, the fabrics like silk and spring sub fabrics suddenly increased. The operating rate has risen and stabilized at about 8 percent. Although it has not been fully opened, it has been much better than before.

The textile drama at the end of the year has begun slowly. It is even more valuable that there are more than one protagonist. Silk fabrics, spring Asian fabrics, and nylon fabrics have made the textile market bright and promising.
