India'S Second Anti-Dumping Review Of Chinese Flax Fabrics

In November 23, 2019, the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India announced that, according to the application submitted by GrasimIndustries Limited-Jaya Shree Textiles of India, the second anti-dumping inspections of imported flax fabrics (Flax Fabric) originating from or imported from the mainland of China and the Hongkong Special Administrative Region were reopened for investigation. The dumping investigation period was June (15 months) in April 2018, and the injury investigation period was April 2015, March March, April 2016 -2017 year, March -2018 year and dumping investigation period in April 2015. This case involves 53.09 products of India customs code.

In October 3, 2008, India initiated an anti-dumping investigation on linen fabrics originating or imported from the mainland of China and the Hongkong Special Administrative Region. In December 21, 2019, India imposed anti-dumping duties on linen fabrics originating from or imported from the mainland of China and the Hongkong Special Administrative Region by 206.24 rupees / meters and 209.72 rupees / meters respectively. In March 10, 2014, India made the first anti-dumping investigation on linen fabrics in the mainland of China and the Hongkong Special Administrative Region. In August 12, 2015, India continued to impose anti-dumping duties on linen fabrics in the mainland of China and the Hongkong Special Administrative Region by 0.75 US dollars per meter and 0.63 US dollars per meter respectively.
