In the core area of China shoe capital industrial park located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, a brand new Lucheng shoe art town is rising. Its industry is mainly based on the wisdom of shoe industry. It mainly introduces the high-end service agencies and related intermediary information service platform of footwear industry, such as R & D, training, exhibition and exhibition, and creates a shoe art town with the functions of shoe making industry, cultural creativity, tourism and leisure, community service and so on. Up to now, 16 projects have been started, and all characteristic industrial projects and key traffic projects have been steadily advancing.

It will also serve as a tourist visitor, consultation and investment negotiation, and become a unique landmark in the town.

In addition, the shoe art town will vigorously develop intelligent projects. In the future, it plans to build up the footwear industry big data and 5G public service network through the linkage of the provincial footwear innovation complex, and develop the smart town APP to realize the functions of hand-held rental, recruitment, social security management, business services and so on. At present, the town smart project has formed a construction plan, and plans to build and operate the platform in 2020.
