However, HUAWEI cloud has not expressed its ambition to enter SaaS. According to HUAWEI's disclosure, at present, WeLink has reached 195 thousand HUAWEI users worldwide, with more than 12 million daily connections, 520 thousand connection teams, 14 thousand connected whiteboards, 700+ connection business, and 2 billion 100 million times of connecting knowledge. The global HUAWEI staff overall collaboration efficiency has increased by 30%.
While commercializing WeLink, HUAWEI cloud is also facing challenges of customization and hardware and software integration.
Xue Hao said that in order to solve the problem of customization, three layers of functions are being built. The first level is the simple logo customization, the second is the selective superposition of modules, and the third is the opening of API and SDK, integrating tools into their existing APP to realize office automation.
