Local Brands Continue To Force Ya Ying To Make IPO And Go Public.

In the meantime, another high-end women's clothing brand also disclosed the guidance record announcement, plans its own IPO road.
In January 10th, Everbright Securities issued a notice on the guidance of Limited by Share Ltd in the group. The announcement pointed out that Limited by Share Ltd of the Asia Pacific Group intends to issue its initial public offering and go public. The Limited by Share Ltd of Ya Ying group has handled the guidance registration in January 2, 2020 at the Zhejiang regulatory bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
It is reported that the group was founded in 1988 and registered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. The legal representative, Zhang Huaming, has a registered capital of 540 million yuan, mainly engaged in women's clothing and other businesses. Besides its main brand, EP, its matrix also includes the new independent fashion brands, beeai DOUBLOVE, Nappa N.Paia and EPKIDS, as well as the boutique retail store brand Da Ya home DAYAJIA, the elegant shop GraceLand and the Xiaoya children's wear LITTLESPACE. At present, there are more than 500 Quality stores in more than 210 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Macao.
