Intelligent project to improve production efficiency

It is understood that the project can save 1 million 900 thousand tons of water annually, reduce the discharge of sewage by 1 million 800 thousand tons, and achieve 17 thousand and 800 tons of standard coal in the year.

In Changji, an intelligent cotton production line with 30 thousand spindles integrated automation and information technology in Xinjiang Yida Textile Co., Ltd., relying on the most advanced intelligent transmission system, has realized automatic production of raw materials, semi finished products and finished yarn, and has reduced labor intensity and effectively improved production efficiency and product quality. The automatic packaging system realizes the complete automation of the transportation, stacking, wrapping, weighing, labeling of finished yarn, and makes the traditional and tedious process of finished product packaging simple and efficient. From the cotton packing to the finished product packaging, the whole process of automatic intelligent production has been realized. This production line embodies the high level of intelligent development of the domestic cotton spinning industry.

The total investment of Jinsheng Group's 240 thousand spindle combed ring spinning production project started in March this year is 1 billion 230 million yuan. The product is positioned as high-grade combed compact spinning cotton yarn, and it will achieve 41 thousand tons of cotton yarn per year after commissioning. The project is expected to be completed in February 2020, and is currently the largest scale spinning project in southern Kashi. It will greatly promote the rapid development of Mengaiti cotton textile industry.

At present, a large number of domestic enterprises, such as Jin Sheng, Huafu, Yida, Tianhong and Ruyi, have invested and laid out projects in Xinjiang Kashi area, Akesu area, Bayinguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture, Urumqi City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture and so on. In recent years, the newly built cotton spinning enterprises in Xinjiang mostly used the spinning machines, such as ring spinning, airstream spinning and vortex spinning at home and abroad. The automatic spinning production line, advanced intelligent equipment and new spinning technology were widely used. At the same time, the quality and market competitiveness of textile enterprises in Xinjiang have been significantly improved to meet the demand of downstream high-end brand enterprises.

Innovation drive to open new pattern of textile industry

The scale of its design and construction is 300 thousand spindles spinning and 1000 air-jet looms matching projects, which are completed in three phases. At present, 200 million yuan has been installed for equipment ingots of 50 thousand spindles, of which 4 production lines are the world's most advanced German automatic spinning equipment, with spindle spindles of 18 thousand spindles. After the first phase plant is put into operation, annual sales of flax yarn can reach 6000 tons, with annual sales volume of 220 million yuan and annual revenue of 2 million 400 thousand yuan.

According to Qiao Hua, chairman of Xinjiang Silk Road Jintun Textile Co., Ltd., "Ma two crude dry" technology has the characteristics of low energy consumption, no pollution and low cost, and the demand in the international market is huge. "At present, the company has signed orders for more than 2000 yuan from Europe, the United States and other countries. The operation of the project will fill the gap of advanced technology of linen and textile in five provinces of Xinjiang and Northwest China, and play an important role in promoting Xinjiang's economic development and social stability."

In 2018, Huafu 1 million color textile industrial park was settled in Akesu, Xinjiang. At present, the capacity of 100 thousand tons of cotton, yarn and fabric dyeing has been formed. According to the introduction, the park has built the world's leading fashion design, R & D and testing center, and has advanced research and development, design and manufacturing capabilities through the construction of advanced intelligent production equipment, digital product design technology and green design platform. In the future, in the textile industry sector of Akesu, the dyed Industrial Park will become the hub of the upstream and downstream businesses of the textile industry.

As Xinjiang's textile and garment industry "three cities and seven gardens" layout of the southern Xinjiang city, Akesu textile industrial city (Development Zone) is to undertake the mainland textile and garment industry transfer demonstration area.
