On the whole, although the industry has experienced pains, it has also been experienced. It is noteworthy that under the new positioning of "technology, fashion and green", the industry has continuously promoted the development of high quality, and has made positive efforts and contributions to the industry's innovation and sustainability. Sun Huaibin, vice president of the China Textile Industry Federation, summed up the work done in 2019 in consolidating the service ability of the industry with five key words, and looked forward to the future development prospects.


Keywords 1: realistic and progressive


The China Textile Economic Research Center, which is focusing on the analysis of the industry operation and the lean research of the China Textile Industry Research Institute, has trained an efficient and pragmatic team, whether it is for the government to submit analysis materials for the operation of the industry, provide information support, or provide timely analysis and report for the industry, so as to provide effective guidance and judgement for the development of the industry.


In addition to regular actions, they have also undertaken some tasks entrusted by some ministries. Among them, the task of "promoting the development of high quality industries" has been perfected, and the related tasks have been completed more satisfactorily; the textile volume of "China's industrial history" has basically completed all the scheduled tasks, and has been well received by the relevant departments at the higher level.


Keywords 2: progressive innovation


In 2019, the China Federation of textile industry environmental protection and resource conservation promotion committee once again chewed up "hard bones" on the basis of basic work -- standardization of green manufacturing. The green industry evaluation guideline for textile industry was introduced to further subdivide the green development standard of the industry. The green industry evaluation guideline for textile industry stipulates the principles, methods, index system, requirements, procedures and reporting format of green factory evaluation in textile industry, and applies to the textile factories with actual production processes, and it is also an industry requirement for the textile industry to formulate the requirements of green factory evaluation.


At the same time, the Environmental Protection Commission has also actively recommended to the relevant departments of the state "green products" and "green design" enterprises. Some enterprises have won the honor, and provide advisory services for the development of the textile industry chain in Liupanshui City, Western Guizhou. In addition, the textile ecological civilization Wanli activities undertaken by the Environmental Protection Commission were still in a solid step in 2019. For the first time, they entered Henan and central Hebei, and introduced the construction of ecological civilization into manufacturing enterprises, so that the construction of ecological civilization continued to extend to the upstream of the industrial chain.

In 2019, the Standardization Technical Committee of the China Textile Industry Federation tackled difficulties and took the lead. First of all, it passed the examination and approval of the evaluation guide for equipment management in textile industry. This is the textile industry equipment management standard compiled by the first textile industry Federation of China after the Ministry of textiles issued the textile industry enterprise equipment management system in August 1988, which provides norms and guidelines for the equipment management of industrial enterprises. The compilation of the guidelines is the demand for new development of the new era and textile industry. Secondly, it recommends to the relevant departments of the state the textile and garment enterprises to participate in the "China Industrial Award" and "China National Quality Award".

The office of the intangible cultural heritage of the China Textile Federation has been doing a lot of work in the past year, but the most important thing is to be more open and integrated. The third textile Heritage Convention was first held in the western region of Yunnan in 2019. It is rich in content, colorful in form, innovative in textiles, intangible cultural heritage, and deep in the autumn. During the conference, the 12 "pioneer Cup" launched in 2019, China's textile heritage Promotion Ambassador attracted wide attention and praise from inside and outside the industry. The current non heritage conference also won the 2019 "China's ten largest annual event of non heritage" award. The non Heritage Office also co sponsored the Chinese hand-made embroidery Innovation Conference with Xingan Meng, Inner Mongolia, and promoted the eastern Inner Mongolia area centered on Ke Right Banner as a training base for manual embroidery. In addition, the non heritage office once again published the "2018/2019 China Textile intangible cultural heritage development report", which shows the development process of the textile industry in the recent years. News and publicity work in 2019 is also more active. Concerned about the increasing number of enterprises and institutions that actively use new media in the textile industry in recent years. For this reason, the China Textile Union News Center and the textile and clothing weekly magazine co sponsored the "first training course on new media dissemination in the textile and garment industry" to help textile enterprises open up channels for external publicity, grasp emergency media emergency plans and broaden their horizons. At the same time, in close cooperation with all kinds of media, we should strive to create more opportunities, so that the leaders of the China Textile Union will appear and voice in the central media, propagandize reports for various activities in the industry, provide the correct direction of public opinion for the development of the industry, and show the development results of the industry.


2020 is an important node for building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a strong textile country. It is also a year of "13th Five-Year" and "14th Five-Year" connection.
