A Number Of Fiscal And Taxation Policies To Support Epidemic Prevention And Supply In China

The conference identified four fiscal and tax policies:

- the Civil Aviation Development Fund, which is exempt from civil aviation enterprises.

The meeting decided to make good use of the special reloan policy to support the banks in providing key loans for the production, transportation and sale of key medical prevention and control materials and daily necessities, including small and micro enterprises, providing preferential interest rate loans, and giving half discount to the financial sector to ensure that the loan interest rate of enterprises is lower than 1.6%.

Liu Shangxi, President of the Chinese Academy of fiscal Sciences, said that the current epidemic prevention and control is at a critical stage. A number of fiscal and financial policies will be launched, focusing on the production of epidemic prevention products, transportation and logistics enterprises, pharmaceutical enterprises, etc., which will help further reduce the production and operation costs and financing costs of related enterprises, and increase the supply of epidemic prevention materials and medical products, so as to provide better protection for the fight against epidemic prevention and control.
