For example, he was originally 5000 yuan a month, then in his isolation period, he still pay 5000 yuan a month's standard to calculate his salary. After the Spring Festival, our garment factories will provide rework awards to employees, with an average of more than 1000 yuan per person, and the workers who are quarantined by the epidemic will also be awarded the rework award to them this year.

South +: what challenges did the epidemic bring to the development of Yida textile?

As early as January 21st, Yida textile emergency command department has launched the epidemic prevention and control work, using domestic and foreign procurement channels, procured a large number of protective supplies in advance, including masks, disinfectant water, goggles, protective clothing, gloves and so on. As of today, the company has about 300 thousand of its mask stores, which is enough for all employees to use for half a month.
We also stepped up publicity for staff epidemic prevention. Most of the publicity columns in the factory are related to the prevention of new crown pneumonia. The dynamic news about epidemic prevention and control will be sent to various staff groups, internal TV stations, mail and other channels, so as to make the information transparent and transparent.
