In February 2020, the total amount of transported cotton was shipped 126 thousand and 800 tons, a decrease of 236 thousand and 700 tons. Among them, the shipment of 5 thousand and 500 tons by the road, the reduction of 72 thousand and 100 tons in the ring ratio, the decrease of 50 thousand and 600 tons compared with the same period last year, and the total volume of Xinjiang's professional warehousing and export cotton through railway volume totaled 121 thousand and 300 tons, a decrease of 164 thousand and 600 tons in the chain, an increase of 22 thousand and 100 tons compared with the same period last year.

Two, transport price
On the highway side, compared with the freight rate in January, the average price of the exported cotton in February decreased, and some of the routes were mixed. The average price of Kuitun transported to Shandong was 649 yuan / ton, up 44 yuan / ton compared with January, and the average freight rate of Kuitun transported to Henan was 522 yuan / ton, which was 93 yuan / ton lower than that in January.
In terms of railways, the current preferential policies for railway freight rates remain unchanged in February, and 60 tons of box cars float down 20% and 70 tons of box cars float 30%. During the epidemic period, railway freight rates have been maintained at a preferential price, and there are plenty of wagons. Because of the fact that road traffic control can not be allowed to enter and outturn, enterprises with transportation demand mostly rely on railways.
