In order to further support the enterprises to explore the international market, according to the spirit and the annual work priority of the notice issued by the Zhejiang provincial chamber of Commerce on the announcement of the 2020 annual exhibition catalogue (Zhejiang business development No. [2019]72) and the Shaoxing Municipal People's Government on Issuing the 30 policy advice on encouraging and supporting the development of open economy in Shaoxing, the Bureau has preliminarily identified 2020 in. There are 217 exhibitions, of which 46 are self run exhibitions, 45 are provincial self holding exhibitions, 1 are municipal self run exhibitions, 73 are key exhibitions, 27 are provincial key exhibitions, and 46 are urban key exhibitions. The catalogue of the exhibition will be published (see Annex).

Scope of exhibition cost support

1. self exhibition. The booth fee is fully subsidized, and the overseas exhibits cost is supported by a certain proportion. On the basis of the published catalogue, 1-2 self run exhibitions will be added according to the needs of the work.

2. key exhibitions. The provincial key exhibition booth fee is not higher than 80% of the booth cost price. The US key exhibition is subsidized by the booth cost price of 100% (the provincial policy has the new policy as the criterion), and the city key exhibition exhibition fee is given 100% subsidy. The maximum subsidy for a single booth is not more than 50 thousand yuan, and the booth fee of a single exhibition enterprise is not more than 150 thousand yuan.

3. other exhibitions. The booth fee is supported by a certain proportion, and the specific subsidy standard is determined by the districts and counties (cities).

Two, exhibition cost support mode

1. self exhibition and provincial key exhibitions. The exhibition fee shall be supported by the Zhejiang provincial chamber of Commerce on the announcement of the 2020 annual exhibition catalogue.

2. key exhibitions and other exhibitions. The exhibition fee will be supported by all districts and counties (cities) before the exhibition payment, post Exhibition Application and subsequent liquidation.

The district and county (city) commercial bureaus should conscientiously implement the spirit of the 30 policy suggestions to encourage and support open economic development in Shaoxing, do their best to organize and manage all kinds of exhibitions, transmit the catalogue to enterprises in a timely manner, and actively organize enterprises exhibiting the industrial characteristics and manufacturing level of our city.
