       Mo Ju fan : In 90s, when we invested, we did not know other industries. We first invested in manufacturing enterprises. We invested in shopping malls and retail businesses in Shenyang, and voted the largest garment enterprise in Beijing. At that time, the enterprise was called Donghua garment factory.

    Dong Hao: in fact, we say that the most important thing is to attract investment, not only funds but also new ideas are needed.

       Mo Ju fan: You are right. At that time, the enterprise was losing money. So we solved the problem first, and the company did not lose money. I also became "misty" to become a state-owned enterprise boss.

    So, after I came, it was very difficult to communicate with employees. At that time, my Mandarin was very bad. I have to do ideological work everyday, and I often do it at half past three am. At half past seven in the morning, I go to work at seven, get three hours' sleep every day, and do ideological work every day.

    But we can still take a year to make the wages of our entire factory increase by five times. In fact, it is through us that we come in, not what management experience is raised, but that we dare to "catch". Of course, I did not fire a single person, nor did I bring a person. I came here with a bachelor. But I am very grateful that the Chinese generation was very hard-working.

    In fact, they are hardworking. At that time, there was a total power failure and a blackout. Everyone went home, and then came home from work in the middle of the night and worked all night. We are all exporting, but exporting in Beijing is very difficult.

    We have to run to Tianjin, go out of the harbour again, and the factory is in Tongxian, Beijing. We have to go back and forth from Tongxian to Beijing for more than two hours. In the end, we need to walk on two legs - export and domestic sales, and then we will start building domestic sales network and selecting talents.

    Dong Hao: what is the opportunity to make you feel that you should not do the generation processing, and create your own brand?

       Mo Ju fan: Your question seems to be a problem today, but it was not a problem at that time. This is very natural. We create brands and find domestic brands not very popular in China, so we buy foreign brands directly.

    When buying, we will register Chinese trademarks again, such as we do. Rome family It was five years before registration was completed. So it took us five years to register the trademarks until 1999.

    Dong Hao: what kind of successor do you want to find in the future, or what kind of successor you want in the future?

       Mo Ju fan: The word "successor" has a lot of weight to prove that you are going to do it in the hundred years. I think we need more people who are willing to give up and willing to work hard to forge leaders in the melting pot of time, so that we can talk about the real succession.
