Similarly, although domestic epidemic situation has been basically controlled, the consumption demand of masks is still huge. At present, the Chinese mask has increased 10 times to 120 million Nissan, but the supply and demand gap of the global mask can not be alleviated.

It is understood that medical masks are generally made up of non-woven fabrics, melted spray cloth, nose bar and ear belt. The main structure is three layers of non-woven SMS "sandwich" structure. The outer S layer is waterproof and non-woven fabric to prevent droplets, the S layer is ordinary spunbonded nonwovens, and the middle M layer electret treated melted nonwoven fabric filters bacteria and suspended particles. Melted cloth is the "heart" material for medical masks. The non-woven fabric required for the mask is PP polypropylene fiber material obtained through the nonwoven process, while the melt blown non-woven fabric needs to be subjected to electret treatment. The high end M layer non-woven fabric can also be replaced by PTFE.

In the mask industry chain, upstream polypropylene and spunbonded nonwovens have plenty of raw materials, but there are still bottlenecks in the production of intermediate melt melt cloth. From the SASAC of the State Council, the central enterprises have accelerated the layout of the melt spraying cloth and the output has increased rapidly in recent days. At present, the daily supply of the central enterprises has reached 42.5 tons, and it has doubled in half a month. In April, 20 new production lines, such as Sinopec, PetroChina and other enterprises, will be produced in succession. At that time, the capacity of the central enterprises will be increased to more than 70 tons per day.
