Turkey'S Investigation Of Sunset Dumping On Chinese Nonwoven Products And Artificial Leather
In April 8, 2020, the Ministry of trade of Turkey issued the Announcement No. 2020/6, which, according to the application of Turkey's domestic enterprises, initiated an anti-dumping investigation on the origin of the non-woven products weighing 5603.14 grams per square meter (tax number 5603.14) and the artificial leather (tax number 3921.13) with a weight of more than 150 grams per square meter. During the investigation, the current anti-dumping measures are still effective.
The interested parties should submit questionnaires and comments on the case within 37 days of filing the case.
In February 13, 2008, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation on the non-woven products originating in China (tax code: 5603.14). In April 18, 2009, Turkey imposed anti-dumping duties on the case and imposed an anti-dumping duty of 1.9 US dollars per kilogram on the products involved in China. In April 18, 2014, Turkey initiated the first anti-dumping investigation of China's related products. In April 12, 2015, Turkey extended its anti-dumping duties on products involving China for the first time, and continued to levy an anti-dumping duty of US $1.9 / kg (see announcement 2015/9). In October 16, 2018, Turkey expanded the range of products involved in the case, and imposed an anti-dumping duty of $1.9 / kg on artificial leather (tax code: 3921.13) originating in China.
