Shentong Express Invested 80 Million To Establish "Gongzhuling Deze Logistics" Company

According to Tianyan data, recently, Gongzhuling Deze Logistics Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 80 million. Shentong express Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned major shareholder, and its legal representative is Chen Deming, who is also the executive director and general manager of the new company.

The business scope of the company is road freight transportation (excluding dangerous goods); warehousing (except flammable, explosive and easy to produce poison and dangerous chemicals); loading and unloading; sales of paper products and electronic products; machinery and equipment leasing, etc.

It is worth mentioning that on March 25, Shentong express and Gongzhuling municipal government signed a cooperation agreement on Shentong express Gongzhuling smart Logistics Industrial Park project. The project covers a total area of 253000 square meters, of which the first phase covers an area of 100000 square meters, which will be composed of intelligent logistics sorting workshop, comprehensive office building and other auxiliary rooms.

After the completion of the project, Shentong express will be the largest intelligent logistics transfer center integrating centralized transfer, sorting and distribution in Jilin Province. It will play an active role in accelerating the seamless connection between Shentong and e-commerce enterprises, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, promoting the transformation of express industry in Jilin Province, and promoting the management optimization and economic development of Gongzhuling City.
