Recently, due to the upward oscillation of Zhengzhou cotton contract in September and the increase of outbound freight, some traders slightly increased Xinjiang cotton quotation. On the 22nd, a Hengshui trader's "double 29" machine picked cotton price of 12700 yuan / ton in Xinjiang, and "double 28" machine picked cotton of 12400 yuan / ton, an increase of about 100 yuan / ton compared with the beginning of this week. However, according to feedback, the market is still difficult to clinch a deal in the near future, which leads to the rise of quotation and the decline of transaction.

As of the 22nd, the spot prices of 3128 and 4128 grade cotton in Hebei were 11900 yuan / ton and 11600 yuan / ton respectively, which remained stable compared with previous days. At present, cotton ginning plants, dealers, traders hands of the spot inventory of cotton is basically zero, some enterprises only have a small amount of poor quality cotton.
