"Workers" In Nantong
Meticulously select "pilot" and explore to expand "front"
On August 7, Haimen District of Nantong city held the first home textile industry skills competition after the city was changed into a district. In order to cultivate more "textile craftsmen" in the new era and strengthen the political and economic gains of textile industry workers, Nantong formulated and issued "several measures on promoting the construction and reform of Nantong textile industry workers team" in April this year, which clearly put forward: Deepening the mechanism of Party building and leading the construction of textile enterprises, promoting the establishment of blue collar technical talent fund, and building the "training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training, training Ten measures have been taken, such as training, competition and promotion, setting up a "smart Blue Award" for textile workers, and carrying out free rehabilitation activities for "textile craftsmen".
In addition to carrying out industry reform pilot innovation in related industries, Nantong also actively launched pilot projects in grass-roots enterprises. Private industry is an important support for Nantong's industrial economy. Last year, the proportion of output value reached 66.6%, and its contribution rate to the growth of industrial output value above the scale of the whole city reached 83.9%.
Zhongtian Technology Group Co., Ltd. is one of the three Nantong enterprises listed in the Fortune 500 list in 2020. The company has established an incentive system for employees. In addition to enjoying the corresponding national intellectual property fund awards, all individual or collective innovation achievements, including rationalization proposals for technological innovation, can be converted into points and deposited into the bank's personal account, which will be rewarded at the annual innovation and entrepreneurship commendation meeting. At present, the company has realized nearly 10 million yuan of reward funds. Nantong Shuanghong Textile Co., Ltd. is one of the new municipal pilot enterprises. The company has trained 61 senior technicians and 177 technicians in the front-line staff. Wang ruigen, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman of the trade union, said that the enterprise is ready to let more ordinary workers grow into gold medal workers, chief technicians and enterprise craftsmen through the upgrading of their skills. It will also improve the collective dormant shareholding system of trade unions, implement the "three increases" of performance stock award, and plan to increase the shareholding proportion of skilled personnel of front-line workers and the total amount of bonus shares.
Nantong has also taken various measures to promote industrial workers from "workers" to "craftsmen". Haimen District, a pilot city at the municipal level, issued the "blue collar revitalization" project implementation opinions, issued five supporting policies to subsidize vocational training, teacher led apprentices, new apprentices, high skilled talents and skilled talents introduction; Tongzhou District issued the trial implementation method for training and rewarding outstanding industrial workers.
