In August, Pakistan'S Textile And Clothing Export Volume Decreased Significantly Year On Year

In August 2020, Pakistan exported 1.008 billion US dollars of textiles and clothing, with a month on month decrease of 20.83% and a year-on-year decrease of 15.39%, showing a significant decrease on a year-on-year basis; 206 tons of raw cotton, with a year-on-year decrease of 92.3%; 254 thousand tons of cotton yarn, with a month on month decrease of 10.6%, a year-on-year decrease of 40.46%; and 167 million square meters of cotton cloth, with a month on month increase of 1.72% and a year-on-year decrease of 17.72%.
