Funeng Shares (600483): Return Of Raised Funds

The company held the 15th meeting of the 9th board of directors and the 10th temporary meeting of the 9th board of supervisors on October 15, 2019, and deliberated and passed the proposal on temporarily replenishing working capital with funds raised by some idle convertible bonds. It is agreed that the company will use some idle convertible bonds raised funds to temporarily supplement the working capital under the condition that the project construction and the use plan of the raised funds of convertible bonds will not be affected, the total amount shall not exceed 500 million yuan, the service life shall not exceed 12 months, and the full amount shall be returned to the special account of raised funds upon the expiration of the term (see company Announcement No. 2019-070 for details).

As of October 10, 2020, the company has returned all the idle raised funds of RMB 500 million used for temporary replenishment of working capital to the special account of raised funds, and informed the sponsor institutions and the sponsor representatives of the return.
