    Optimize the channel of "enabling growth" to inject power into industrial upgrading

    In October 2015, Wujiang district government, Shengze Town Government and Hengli Group jointly established Wujiang regional enterprise skills training base. The 1200 square meter base is divided into five training centers: maintenance electrician, machine fitter, spinner, chemical fiber post-treatment worker and textile fiber inspection worker.

    At the government level, Shengze Town has actively implemented the "five one" talent working mechanism, successively introduced "market-oriented talent introduction and recommendation reward method" and "industrial workers team construction reform measures", etc. from the three aspects of improving the political, economic and social status of industrial workers, it implemented the three-year action plan of national insurance, established the "Silk City Golden Idea Award", and actively created textile The first choice for industrial workers' employment and life is a good atmosphere of Shengze.

    In addition to material rewards, Shengze Town also attaches great importance to the spiritual encouragement and recognition of talents. "On the eve of May Day every year, we will select 100" most beautiful laborers "of Shengze in the new era, and 10" craftsmen of Silk City era "every two years."
