On December 19, the fifth expansion meeting of special textiles branch of China Industrial Textiles Association was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Wang Xuguang analyzed that during the 13th Five Year Plan period, with the implementation of the military civilian integration development strategy, the special textile industry ushered in a good development opportunity. During the "14th five year plan" period, the industry development became clearer, the existing equipment upgrading speed was accelerated, and the domestic independent controllable demand was increased, which will promote the special textiles to enter the order explosion period in the next 3-5 years. Special textile branch will gather industry strength to help enterprises transform and upgrade. Wang Xuguang said that in 2021, on the basis of continuing to do a good job in daily work, the special textile branch will hold 1-2 high-end technical forums for subdividing specialties, do a good job in 1-2 special topic research work, and explore and practice the exchange mechanism of "army enterprise university".

He said that there is an urgent market demand for microfiber nonwovens in the fields of energy, environmental management, health protection, textile and clothing. It is very important to develop the preparation technology of new superfine fiber nonwovens and the structure and function design of their products, which is very important to improve the level of domestic Nonwovens Technology and promote the structural adjustment of China's industrial textiles. Fiber fineness is an important development direction in the field of nonwovens. For example, the integrated innovation of composite spinning, spunbonded web, Spunlaced fiber opening and consolidation technology has developed a two-component spunbonded Spunlaced one-step method to prepare filament superfine fiber nonwovens; The key equipment of filament microfiber nonwovens is designed and integrated, which breaks the technical monopoly of foreign countries in this field, and has a very good development prospect.
Professor Chen Li of Tianjin University of technology introduced the development of 3D textile structure preform technology. At present, high-performance composites are important basic materials in wind power, transportation, construction, electromechanical, marine, protection and other high-tech fields. Textile preform is the most important structural reinforcement form of high-performance composites. Textile preform technology is the key to realize the integrated preparation of complex structural composites, and it is also the "neck sticking" problem to be solved. Chen Li analyzed the digital design of multi-dimensional textile preform and virtual manufacturing technology of multi-dimensional textile preform, and proposed that deepening the research on fabric mechanics, revealing the deformation mechanism of preform, constructing virtual design, virtual weaving, virtual test and other design systems, and forming design software with independent intellectual property rights are the important development direction of 3D Textile preform technology.
Niu Jiarong, associate professor of Tianjin University of technology, introduced the research and practice of sensitive immersion resistant fabrics and active thermal insulation protective textiles. Anti immersion suit is a kind of necessary equipment for pilots and water operators. It is a kind of personal protective equipment to prevent the wearing personnel from injury or even death due to a large amount of heat loss in a short time after falling into the water. The sensitive anti immersion clothing fabric was prepared by low temperature microwave plasma modification and chemical grafting polymerization of cotton fiber. Active thermal insulation protection textiles should strengthen the research of thermal radiation in active temperature regulation, so as to expand the application in more fields.
Experts from Beijing Institute of space Mechatronics explained the application and demand of special textile materials in aerospace field. Beijing Institute of space Mechatronics is the first research institute engaged in space technology research in China. It is also the only professional research unit engaged in Spacecraft Recovery and landing technology in China. Spacecraft Recovery landing technology is to use deceleration and buffer devices, through specific control means, so that the spacecraft or other vehicles entering the earth's atmosphere or entering the earth's atmosphere at high speed can safely land or recover according to predetermined procedures and purposes. The Spacecraft Recovery lander has been developed for three generations of deceleration landing system. With the support of basic materials, the functional and performance requirements have been significantly improved. At present, due to the influence of launch cost, space environment and service conditions, when choosing special textiles, aerospace products tend to use materials with light weight, high strength, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, impact resistance, strong air permeability and good processability.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Li Lingshen said that the new crown pneumonia epidemic has made the whole society have more and more profound understanding of the industrial textiles industry. From January to October this year, the GDP of China's industrial textiles industry increased by 58.6%, the main business income increased by 33%, and the profit increased by 229%. The scientific and technological innovation of special textiles not only carries the important mission of civil military integration, but also greatly promotes the scientific and technological innovation of the whole textile industry. According to the statistics of special textiles branch, the R & D investment intensity of enterprises for special textiles is more than 3%, which is far higher than the average level of the whole textile industry. At present, special textiles are not only brave in national defense and military industry, but also used in civil safety protection and other fields. The development of new materials is particularly important. In the future, the development of textile industry in special industries should also be based on the power of science and technology, the trend of scientific and technological innovation, the potential brought by a new round of scientific and technological revolution, and the trend of innovation in developed countries, so as to strengthen basic research, broaden application fields, and jointly promote the healthy development of the industry.
