Shaoxing National Level Modern Textile Manufacturing Industry Cluster Construction Has Achieved Fruitful Results

Shaoxing has a good reputation of "sunrise Huashe wanzhang silk" since ancient times. In Sui and Tang Dynasties, there was a grand occasion of "hearing the sound of looms, sunrise wanzhang silk".

Recently, the launching ceremony of Shaoxing modern textile industry chain community was held. More than 150 textile enterprises in Shaoxing gathered together to witness the establishment of modern textile industry chain community. This is the first industrial chain community in the field of textile industry in China.

According to the economic and Information Bureau of Shaoxing, as the largest pillar industry and rich people industry in Shaoxing, the scale of Shaoxing textile industry has accounted for 28% of the total industrial economy of the whole city, accounting for about 1 / 3 of the total scale of the textile industry in the whole province. In 2008, Keqiao China Textile City became the largest textile market in Asia, accounting for 1 / 3 of China's total sales of light and textile products. In 2019, there are nearly 70000 large and small textile enterprises and household industrial units in the city, including 1862 Textile Enterprises above the designated scale, with an output value of nearly 200 billion yuan.

Ye Weihong, member of the Standing Committee of the Shaoxing Municipal Party committee and head of the United Front work, said in his speech that it is of great significance to establish a modern textile industry chain community under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control. The industrial chain community is an effective means to deal with the risk of partial chain failure and supply interruption. It is the general trend of the cluster development of manufacturing industry and the concentrated embodiment of the modernization of economic governance ability. It is necessary to find out the combination point of promising government and effective market in economic governance, form a consensus mechanism of co construction, co integration, symbiosis and sharing within enterprise groups, and create a good industrial ecology with the same frequency resonance and collaborative interaction through cluster empowerment.

It is understood that Shaoxing modern textile industry chain community is jointly initiated by Shaoxing Economic and Information Bureau and Shaoxing Textile Industry Association. In addition to a large number of textile industry chain enterprises, there are also departments, associations, experts, scientific research institutes and so on.

He Jiangang, director of Shaoxing Economic and Information Technology Bureau, released the achievements of national level modern textile manufacturing cluster. It is worth mentioning that in July last year, after fierce competition from 21 cities, Shaoxing modern textile manufacturing industry cluster was successfully listed in the list of national advanced manufacturing industry clusters in 2020, which is the first national level manufacturing industry cluster in Shaoxing and the only national advanced textile manufacturing industry cluster in Zhejiang Province.

He Jiangang said in his speech that Shaoxing's national level modern textile manufacturing industry cluster construction has achieved five main achievements.

First, the scale and volume of the country's first. The output of chemical fiber, chemical fiber cloth and printing and dyeing fabric ranks first in China and is the largest distribution center of light and textile products in China and even in the world.

Second, cross domain integration is a national initiative. 34 printing and dyeing enterprises in Yuecheng district have been integrated into 5 printing and dyeing groups, all of which have signed contracts and settled in Keqiao. The main leaders of Zhejiang provincial Party committee and government highly praised: "we have achieved great things that the provincial Party committee and government wanted to do but did not do for many years.".

Third, the country is in the lead in innovation ability. The technology and equipment level of textile technology is at the leading level in the industry. It has gathered eight high-end innovation platforms such as the provincial textile industry innovation service complex, and has 217 high-tech textile enterprises.

The fourth is to promote the national forefront of the project. It has successfully attracted a large number of engine projects such as hengming chemical fiber textile new material promotion project with a total investment of 12 billion yuan, and nearly 100 traction projects.

Fifthly, the number of intellectual empowerment is leading the country. We vigorously implemented the full coverage of intelligent transformation of Enterprises above the designated size, completed the intelligent transformation of 537 textile enterprises, and successfully created 7 provincial industrial Internet platforms.
