"Network security system should be listed as the standard configuration of smart car like" safety belt. " During the two sessions this year, Zhou Hongyi put forward relevant suggestions on how to strengthen the network security of intelligent vehicles.
In view of the possible safety problems of intelligent vehicles, Zhou Hongyi suggested that the state should encourage and guide automobile enterprises to incorporate the networked safety protection system of intelligent vehicles into the vehicle production, sales and service system, and gradually form mandatory requirements, which are listed as the standard configuration of automobile safety like automobile safety belts.

To strengthen the protection of data privacy, the intelligent network connected automobile enterprises have the obligation to inform the possible privacy risks, and give users the right to choose freely when collecting, using, transferring and deleting data. At the same time, enterprises also need to improve the security of software. When analyzing and processing data, they should separate the data and personal identity, and anonymize the data to ensure the security of the data. Users should have the right to choose and know whether the personal data can be used and the specific purpose.

Set up operating system "national team"

Fang Yunzhou believes that some of the operating systems developed by international automobile enterprises represented by Tesla are relatively rudimentary, which are only vehicle platforms, and can not be called a real operating system. At present, these operating systems are only the operating systems of vehicle platforms. They are used to transfer the functions of mobile phones to cars, and can not realize the operation of integrating control end and entertainment.

Similar to mobile phones, smart cars in the future may have only two or four operating systems. Therefore, in the intelligent automobile industry, the operating system will become the core competition point between countries.
For the development of the intelligent network connected vehicle operating system, Fang Yunzhou put forward two major directions in the motion of this year's two sessions.
In terms of technical level, Fang Yunzhou suggested that China should set up an operating system technical committee to formulate the technical development route, architecture, protocol and standard of the operating system, so as to strengthen the real-time performance and high reliability of the operating system.
