The shortage of manpower has led to the risk that the enterprise may have to delay delivery.

Therefore, taking 8000 yuan here is better than 6000 yuan at home.

    In the face of the increasingly tight labor shortage situation, the local government departments in Ningbo, together with many enterprises, take various measures to alleviate the employment difficulties.

    Since the second half of last year, a knitting enterprise in Xiangshan County of Ningbo city began to implement the transformation of intelligent chemical plant, with an investment of more than 13 million yuan, the introduction of 114 fully automatic intelligent hosiery machines, and the continuous upgrading of automation equipment, gradually reducing the number of employees of the enterprise.

    At the same time, Ningbo human resources and social security department organized many on-site job fairs after the festival, and many enterprises also adopted measures such as increasing wages to attract candidates. In Jiangbei District, the human resources and social security department has set up a live online recruitment platform, organized enterprise personnel specialists to live online, and recruited employees through both online and offline channels.
