Optimize the environment, carry out family and chain investment promotion, and speed up the project construction

From introduction, absorption, innovation and breakthrough to finally being accepted and recognized by the market, a complete industrial upgrading chain has been formed. In 2020, the county's textile industry has completed more than 100 patent applications, including 1 high-tech enterprise and 3 municipal engineering technology R & D centers. ALBEN Garment Co., Ltd. adopts the world's leading Japanese JUKI computer complete set of equipment, 7S management process and automatic assembly line, and applies MES production management system independently developed, which improves the product quality and production efficiency significantly. In 2019, the company won the China Quality and technology benchmarking award.

At present, there are 35 textile and garment enterprises above the county scale, and more than 150 small and micro enterprises with strong production capacity and good economic benefits and more than 300 processing stations are distributed around the county and towns. There are more than 65000 employees. In 2020, the revenue of textile and clothing industry in the whole county is 4.86 billion yuan and the profit is 380 million yuan, accounting for 24.3% of the industrial output value above the scale, realizing the goal of strengthening the county economy.

Build a leading enterprise, realize intelligent manufacturing and lead the development of the industry

Under the support of various policies of the county Party committee and the county government, the clothing industry in Shangshui has developed rapidly in recent years with thousands of sails competing for success, and a large number of famous garment enterprises have emerged in Shangshui.

Youngor Shengtai textile and garment industrial park under construction. Youngor Shengtai Textile Industrial Park is jointly constructed by Itochu Co., Ltd. of Japan and Shengtai group. It produces world leading high-end formal wear, Casual Shirts, T-Shirts, trousers, etc. The first phase investment is 560 million yuan, with an annual output of 20000 tons of cotton yarn, 60 million meters of clothing fabrics and 24 million pieces of high-end clothing. It is estimated that the output value will be more than 1.2 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes will be more than 120 million yuan. After completion, the enterprise will become the largest medium and high-grade fashion production enterprise in Henan Province, and become the comprehensive leading enterprise of clothing production in Zhoukou City and even Henan Province.

ALBEN Clothing Technology Park. Founded in 1992, ALBEN has developed into a comprehensive garment enterprise with ODM capability, integrating brand design, intelligent manufacturing, personalized customization and sales. The total investment of ALBEN clothing science and Technology Park project is 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 250000 square meters. Digital production workshop, intelligent warehouse, modern logistics distribution center, new product R & D center and big data center will be built. At present, the project has completed 156000 square meters. 106 automatic production lines have been built, with an annual output of 15 million sets of medium and high-end fashion. After the completion of the project, about 9700 jobs can be provided, which will drive the development of the clothing industry in Shangshui and even Zhoukou, and become an international modern clothing industrial park with high standard design level and more than 10000 employment.

The planned textile printing and dyeing industrial park. The project is expected to invest 5 billion yuan, which is the only high-tech park with the whole industrial chain of printing and dyeing, textile and clothing in Zhoukou City. The park is planned to be 8000 mu, including 700 Mu garment Intelligent Manufacturing Park, 1200 Mu dyeing and finishing Park, 2000 mu weaving Park, 1600 mu fiber (mainly Tencel and polyester fiber) park, and 500 mu logistics and e-commerce park. The first step is to build a textile park and a clothing Park in two years, and complete fixed asset investment of more than 1 billion yuan. The second step is to build a printing and dyeing park with an annual output of 1 billion meters in three years. The third step is to implement the construction of fiber park. In the follow-up, a spinning Park of 2000 mu will be planned to complete the whole textile, printing, dyeing and clothing industry chain. The park will become the largest textile printing and dyeing industrial park in Henan Province with an annual output value of 15 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of 600 million yuan.

Shangshui Xianghu Textile Co., Ltd. The company has 65 air jet looms in Shandong RIFA and 6 rotor spinning machines in Switzerland, 1 weaving workshop, warping, sizing, finishing and spinning workshops. It has an annual output of 10 million meters of clothing fabrics and 7000 tons of cotton yarn. In 2019, sales revenue will reach 85 million yuan, and profits and taxes will reach 2.8 million yuan.
