At the meeting between shenzhou-12 astronauts and reporters on June 16, three astronauts dressed in the regular clothes developed by the astronaut clothing research and design team of Donghua University appeared in the sky Pavilion of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. In order to ensure the whole process of astronauts' working and living in space and on the ground, the research and design team of Donghua University has designed a series of special clothes, which include not only the working clothes, exercise clothes, leisure clothes, weightlessness protective clothing and sleeping gear for astronauts working and living in the space station, but also many kinds of ground mission clothing such as regular clothes, mission training clothes and special clothes, These special-purpose clothes should not only ensure the realization of a number of special functions, but also integrate the design elements with Chinese characteristics, so as to become the "space Chinese clothes" for astronauts to appear in the world.
"Chinese astronaut's special clothing is a multi-functional garment with functional and ergonomic priority, which has aesthetic quality. The astronaut clothing R & D and design team of Donghua University has integrated the era elements with Chinese characteristics in the surface accessories, color patterns, and even the sewing trace of clothing details, showing the beautiful image of Chinese astronauts as space dreamers and guardians of the Chinese dream." Professor Li Jun, head of the astronaut clothing R & D and design team of Donghua University and Dean of the school of fashion and art design, said.
The styles, colors, patterns and textures of the full series of spacesuits and accessories should not only match each other, but also be compatible with the cabin environment. They should not only reflect the cultural elements with Chinese characteristics and the characteristics of the times, but also reflect the professional characteristics and spiritual outlook of the astronauts. Different types of clothing with different functions can help astronauts fight against the adverse effects of weightlessness on human muscles during long-term space flight, and some can also protect astronauts to adjust their emotions and moods. At the same time, the display effect of photography, photography and image transmission in the cabin light environment should be considered. It can be said that "the same dish must satisfy hundreds of stomachs".
For example, in the design of astronaut's regular clothes, the elements symbolizing the earth's skyline and outer space color are added on the basis of the sky color of lake blue, so that the clothing looks more three-dimensional and full and more layered. Most of them are three-dimensional straight lines. The "s" shaped arc of the front shoulder metaphors the space flight track and the V-shaped straight line of the front chest symbolizing victory, presenting the beauty of thick, thin, straight and harmonious.
In addition to the clothing itself, the design of some clothing articles worn by astronauts should be systematically planned according to the color and shape of clothing. Among them, the main line of the astronaut honor logo is like the trajectory of a spacecraft flying in the blue universe, which gives people a sense of upward flight. The number of five pointed stars indicates the number of times the wearer performs manned missions. Through the comprehensive carrier of astronaut special clothing, the team shows the connotation and style of "flying sky" with artistic design.
Travel nine days with flying clouds
Tianhe core module is the "space home" for astronauts. It provides three times as much space for astronauts as the tiangong-2 space laboratory. It is equipped with three independent bedrooms and a toilet to ensure the astronauts' daily life for up to three months. Living in the "big house" for a long time, of course, is inseparable from a pair of comfortable and beautiful "home shoes" (shoes used in the astronaut space station mission module).

The relevant advanced technologies and achievements based on ergonomics are applied to the greatest extent, and the three-dimensional foot scanning technology, plantar pressure analysis, integrated weaving and other technologies are combined, and the design influencing factors including the special environment of the space station, the characteristics of human body, and the demand of sports are carefully and comprehensively considered.
The shoes used in the cabin are mainly made of thermoplastic materials and blended knitted materials. They are soft, light, environmentally friendly, antistatic, breathable and elastic, which ensure the comfort and safety of the astronauts' feet when they are carrying out activities in the weightlessness environment of the spacecraft cabin and the space station. At the same time, the cross size design is adopted for the cabin shoes. The size system can cover multiple male and female astronauts, and the foot morphological changes under various working environments are considered to match the foot movement characteristics of astronauts. Personal "convenience"
