According to the fourteenth five year plan for national economic and social development and the outline of long-term goals for 2035, focusing on the new development orientation of China's textile industry, based on the iteration of consumption demand of quality, individuation, diversification and greening, and conforming to the industrial transformation and upgrading logic of denotative expansion to connotative development, the fashion development of China's textile industry has been promoted, With creative design as the core, scientific and technological innovation as the support, excellent culture as the guide, brand construction as the starting point, and sustainable development as the guidance, we will realize the development of high concentration of creativity, high integration of resources and high added value of products with the core of creative design, the support of scientific and technological innovation, the guidance of excellent culture, and the guidance of sustainable development, Enhance China's fashion discourse power and create a world textile fashion power.
1、 Status quo and situation
(1) achievements of fashion development in textile industry during the 13th five year plan
1. The leading mechanism of fashion research and development has been initially established. The protection of original design is insufficient, the driving force of design culture innovation is lack of original power, and good growth environment has not been obtained.
2. The technological support of fashion development needs to be strengthened. The driving force of science and technology to serve fashion products needs to be strengthened. The new generation of information technology, biotechnology, new materials and other scientific and technological innovation around the application of fashion products conversion rate is still insufficient, the stability of the quality of fashion products, the market maturity of new fashion products and the sense of fashion service experience still have great room for improvement.
3. The leading ability of fashion culture is still insufficient. The industry lacks independent brands with strong cultural leading ability, and the ability of consumption cognition needs further guidance and cultivation.
