Nonwovens for vehicles have the characteristics of high resilience, sunlight resistance, heat resistance, high color fastness, wear resistance of more than 10000 times, safety and non-toxic. The existing production equipment has single function and can not adapt to the mixing of various raw materials and composite on-line molding. The products can not meet the multi-functional requirements, which seriously restricts the popularization and application of composite vehicle nonwovens.
The project innovates the multi process flexible composite methods such as needling, powder spreading and hot melting, solves the problem of single function of the production line, and realizes on-line composite one-time molding from fiber to various products (needle punched cloth / fiber mesh, needle punched cloth / PP film, needle punched cloth / fiber web / PP film); The key mechanism of multi fiber blending carding was invented, which solved the industrial problems of fiber breakage, delayed transfer and uneven meshing during blending carding, and the evenness of fiber web was less than 2%, and the blending output of carding machine was increased by 30%; The load distribution technology and conjugate balance technology of acupuncture machine were developed, which solved the imbalance problem of heavy load and high-speed operation of acupuncture machine, realized 1800 times / min high-frequency needling molding of 2000g / m2 high-G vehicle nonwovens, and the acupuncture efficiency was increased by 50%; A complete set of flexible composite equipment for vehicle nonwovens was developed. The expert system for process parameters and the Internet of things system were developed to realize the digital production of vehicle nonwovens.

Hydraulic fracturing is the main means of shale oil and gas exploitation. The long-distance transportation hose of fracturing fluid is one of the most important materials to determine the fracturing production efficiency. The problems of small caliber and low blasting pressure commonly exist in the existing products, which leads to the small delivery flow and low production efficiency; And the single length is short and there are many joints, so the risk of fracturing fluid leakage is high; In addition, the coating structure is unreasonable and the production process is long. The key technology of braiding and compounding of super large diameter high pressure resistant fracturing fluid delivery pipe effectively solves the above problems.

Thirdly, a complete set of knitting and compounding integrated continuous molding equipment was invented, which broke through the key technologies of braiding extrusion collaborative mechanism design and extrusion pressure closed-loop control, invented the reinforcement plasma on-line processing technology, significantly activated the aramid fiber interface, and realized the integrated continuous production of ultra-large diameter and high-pressure fracturing fluid delivery pipe. The length of single product is increased from 200m to infinite length (considering transportation, the product with diameter of 800mm is 1200m / container).
