More than 30 years ago, a young man in Wenzhou gave up his banking job that most people envied and went overseas to start a business. He traveled to Australia, Hungary and the Netherlands and settled down in Portugal. In Portugal, he opened the first Chinese import and export trade company, sold "made in China" to Portugal, and established one "China city" after another. Today, he chose to return home to serve for Sangzi, Pinghu international import commodity city, Xiangdu clothing base and other projects, bringing excellent products from all over the world into China.

As a Wenzhou person, the spirit of "daring to be the first in the world" is displayed incisively and vividly in Chen Jian. Chen Jian's father was the first grassroots cadre to put forward and popularize the concept of "contracted output to household". Inheriting the spirit of his father's generation, Chen Jian always adheres to the same faith and pursuit as iron as possible to maximize his ability to benefit the country and the public.
Chen Jian was 29 years old when he went abroad. Before going abroad, he had a bank job in Wenzhou that most people envied. He left for Australia, then Hungary, Holland, and finally settled down in Portugal. In Portugal, he started a whole new life.

Relying on Zhejiang, a famous light industrial product manufacturing and distribution base, Chen Jian's foreign trade business grew from 1993 to 2000. He set up the first Chinese import and export trade company in northern Portugal and began to set foot in the professional market.
In 2000, Chen Jian began to turn into a professional wholesale market. He opened his business in Portugal's first "Chinatown"; In 2002, he built another "Chinatown" on the outskirts of Lisbon. At that time, his wholesale and retail business in Portugal was booming.
Return home to serve the motherland
The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most active regions in China's economic development, and the proposal of the economic circle around Hangzhou Bay has greatly promoted Jiaxing's position in the economic map of the Yangtze River Delta.
Chen Jian always believed: "I want to bring the world's excellent products back to China, so that Chinese people can live a happy and healthy life." So he set his eyes on Pinghu Xindai in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, which is close to Jinshan District of Shanghai. It has obvious geographical advantages. It is one step away from Shanghai and closely related to Hangzhou. Although it belongs to Pinghu in Jiaxing, the area code here is 021 (Shanghai area code).
Standing at the bridgehead of China's economy, Pinghu international import commodity city came into being. This is Chen Jian's first large-scale investment project in Zhejiang Province, which once built China city overseas. It is listed as the key project of Zhejiang businessmen's return in Zhejiang Province, the key construction project of Zhejiang Province and the key construction project of Pinghu City in the 12th Five Year Plan. At the beginning, many people questioned the site selection. Now Pinghu international import commodity city has begun to take shape. It has built three business sectors, namely trade, tourism and culture. It is also a provincial characteristic town and a national AAAA scenic spot.
Under the leadership of Chen Jian, the reporter visited the piano art museum and the modern industrial civilization Museum. Tens of thousands of antiques from all over the world seem to be telling the flow of time. Chen Jian's office is more like the "World Expo" scene, filled with goods from different countries and regions.
It is understood that there are more than 30000 kinds of commodities in the commodity city, of which about 60% of the imported commodities are sold for less than 20 yuan. Chen Jian believes that in the era of mobile Internet, businesses are not allowed to earn price differentials through information asymmetry. He is more willing to bring high-quality and low-cost imported goods to domestic consumers.
In Chen Jian's business map, there is also a big plan: to go back to his hometown of Wenzhou to build an import distribution center covering Jiangxi, Fujian and Zhejiang provinces. Now, the project is under negotiation.
Create a new "digital ole"
As Xindai is the main production base of down garments in China, in line with the vision of helping Xindai and helping fashion down garments, Chen Jian is committed to building "Xiangdu garment base" into the whole industry chain bearing platform of domestic down garment industry from raw materials, semi-finished products to finished products.
The concept of "digital ole" has taken shape in Chen Jian's mind, such as international transnational operation mode platform, international interactive platform for garment original design, and international information exchange platform for garment industry.
"Because digital ole has not been done before, we hope to make use of the platform of digital ole to let the world exchange what is needed. I think this is a new circulation mode. We would like to let you realize the great changes brought about by this new convenient mode in many industries. First of all, it is the down jacket of Xindai. " Chen Jian said, "the state is actively promoting the domestic and international dual circulation, and more vigorously advocating the development of China's super large-scale market advantages and domestic demand potential. The Xiangdu clothing base with the positioning of" China's first import and export clothing city "is an industrial masterpiece of Xiangdu group to actively respond to the call of the state, which will bring great changes to China's clothing industry."
It is understood that the online team is currently recruiting and is expected to be launched by the end of this year, and the international offline platform is also gradually advancing.
In early September, Xiangdu clothing base will be officially opened. The new platform will work with industry enterprises to create digital economy and digital fashion, win-win development, and jointly write a new chapter of down clothing industry.
