From January to July, the total retail sales of consumer goods reached 24682.9 billion yuan, an increase of 20.7% year-on-year, and an average growth rate of 4.3% in two years.

According to consumption types, in July, the retail sales of goods reached 3117.4 billion yuan, up 7.8% year on year; Among them, 94.5 billion yuan was in clothing, shoes, hats and knitwear, with a year-on-year increase of 7.5%. From January to July, the retail sales of goods reached 22136.6 billion yuan, up 18.7% year on year; Among them, 767.3 billion yuan of clothing, shoes, hats and knitwear, with a year-on-year increase of 29.8%.

From January to July, the national online retail sales reached 7110.8 billion yuan, up 21.9% year on year. Among them, the online retail sales of physical goods reached 5813 billion yuan, an increase of 17.6%, accounting for 23.6% of the total retail sales of consumer goods; In the online retail sales of physical goods, food, clothing and consumer goods increased by 23.7%, 21.6% and 15.8% respectively.
