Four Textile Projects Won The National Science And Technology Award In 2020
The 2020 National Science and technology award conference was held in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing on the morning of November 3. A total of 264 projects, 10 science and technology experts and 1 international organization were selected for the 2020 National Science and technology award. Among them, 4 textile projects won awards.
Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, Zhang chuanxiong, deputy director of the Ministry of science and technology development, and representatives of the main winners of textile award winning projects attended the meeting.
After the evaluation of network review group, discipline and specialty evaluation group, evaluation committee and Award Committee, and the Ministry of science and technology, a total of 264 projects, 10 science and technology experts and 1 international organization were selected for the 2020 National Science and technology award. Among them, there are 46 National Natural Science Awards, 2 first prizes and 44 second prizes; 61 national technological invention awards: 3 first prizes and 58 second prizes; There are 157 National Science and technology progress awards, including 2 special awards, 18 first prizes and 137 second prizes. Eight foreign experts and one international organization won the international science and Technology Cooperation Award of the people's Republic of China. The most important national science and technology award was awarded to academician Gu zuofen of AVIC and Wang Dazhong of Tsinghua University.

It is understood that four textile science and technology projects have won the "light of textile" China Textile Federation science and technology award.
The project of "key technology and industrialization of macro preparation of high curvature liquid surface electrospun nonwovens" was awarded the first prize of China Textile Federation science and technology in 2019. In this project, the micro nano fiber nonwovens prepared by electrospinning have high specific surface area and high adsorption characteristics, and can be used to prepare high value-added industrial textiles such as high-efficiency low resistance filter materials, directional diffusion water-conducting sanitary materials, etc., which is one of the key development directions of China's textile industry in the 13th five year plan.
How to endow synthetic fiber with "function, comfort and intelligence" has become the major demand of industrial development and the focus of international competition. In view of the bottleneck problems encountered in practice, Zhu Meifang team put forward the academic idea of organic-inorganic hybrid construction of high-sensitivity multi-functional fiber, established the whole process functional hybrid technology system, and solved the industrial problem that the functional and comfort of synthetic fiber can not be considered. The achievements of organic / inorganic hybrid fiber have won the first prize of "textile light" of China Textile Federation. The project "key technology of organic-inorganic in-situ hybrid construction of high-sensitivity and multi-functional fibers" innovatively puts forward a new idea of organic-inorganic in-situ hybrid construction of high-sensitivity multifunctional fiber, and invents a new method of in-situ construction and uniform dispersion of cross-scale micro nano structure functional phase in polyester polymerization process, The control mechanism of the phase structure of polymer and functional inorganic particles composite system induced by twin-screw confined space and multiple external fields was established. The new technology of "multiphase spinning forming" with micro refinement, different cross-section and composite processing of functional fibers was developed, and a new strategy of full chain design and integrated implementation of multifunctional fibers was constructed.
"Preparation technology and application of solid phase blending thermotropic polymer based hemp fiber composites" has won the first prize of "textile light" 2017 China Textile Federation science and technology award. In this project, hemp fiber is used to replace man-made materials such as chemical fiber and plastic, and the hemp fiber composite material developed in this project can reduce the weight of automobile interior by 10% ~ 15%, and reduce the automobile fuel consumption; The application of this project technology to prepare automotive interior parts, volatile organic compounds greatly reduced, energy absorption, impact resistance, no brittle fracture, effectively protect the health of vehicle passengers, improve the safety of vehicle collision. At the same time, the project realizes the recycling of resources by recycling waste and leftover materials; Through the innovation of technology and equipment, the production efficiency and qualified rate of products are improved, the production cost is reduced, and the cost is saved and the income is increased. The implementation of the project has enhanced the independent innovation ability and market competitiveness of China's automobile textile industry, and promoted the technical progress of industrial textile industry.
The project of "creation and industrialization of high performance seamless weft knitting intelligent equipment" has won the first prize of China Textile Federation science and technology in 2019 under the name of "key technology and industrialization of intelligent production in knitting digital workshop". In this project, an in-situ control method of knitting machine driving and executing is proposed. The control functions of each functional component are allocated to the in-situ CPU, which improves the real-time control performance of the system; An intelligent control networking management system platform for knitting digital workshop is developed, which integrates intelligent control of knitting machinery, standardized network communication and information management, and realizes the rapid response of all kinds of knitting digital workshops; The information model of knitting machinery equipment based on opcua is established, and the information model loader and compiler of shape and shadow are developed, which realizes the reading and writing from physical model to information model of knitting machine, and breaks through the real-time exchange of production data; A series of standards of "knitting machinery networking communication specification" are formulated to meet the networking requirements of flat knitting machine, circular weft knitting machine and warp knitting machine, which conform to the networking communication protocol of knitting machinery and opcua specification, and contribute to the knitting digital workshop.
