Jiangsu Sunshine (600220): Wholly Owned Subsidiary Provides Guarantee For Controlling Shareholders
Jiangsu Sunshine (600220) announced on the evening of June 21 that due to operational needs, the company's controlling shareholder Jiangsu Sunshine Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine Group") applied for 300 million yuan credit line to Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Ping An Bank") is about to expire. Sunshine Group plans to repay the subsequent loans and continue to apply for 300 million yuan credit line from Ping An Bank for a period of one year. Jiangyin Jindi Wool Textile Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to continue to provide mortgage guarantee for the comprehensive credit extension applied by sunshine group to Ping An Bank with hfdhz (2016) No. 004505, with the maximum balance no more than RMB 300 million. The guarantee Sunshine Group provides counter guarantee.
This guarantee has been approved by the 13th meeting of the eighth board of directors of the company, and it needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
As of the date of this announcement, the accumulated external guarantee balance of the company and its subsidiaries is RMB 500 million, accounting for 24.15% of the company's audited net assets as of December 31, 2021.
