Ministry Of Commerce: Deputy Director General Of WTO To Help Cotton Producing Countries Cope With The Current Crisis

According to the official website of the world trade organization, a high-level meeting was held at Rome headquarters of the food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations during World Cotton day on October 7. Jean Marie Bogan, deputy director general of WTO, introduced the work of WTO in helping cotton producers in developing countries cope with the multiple challenges facing global trade. He said the WTO was working with its partners to help cotton producing countries overcome the current crisis and promote sustainable cotton production.
