Recently, the Industrial Economics Research Institute of China Textile Industry Federation issued the "analysis report on the economic operation of China's textile industry in the first three quarters". In the report, in the first three quarters, the industrial added value of textile enterprises above designated size decreased by 0.4%, the operating income increased by 3.1% and the total profit decreased by 23.6% year-on-year, and the growth rate slowed down compared with the same period of last year.

From the perspective of industry operation, the upstream chemical fiber and cotton textile industry has the biggest profit pressure, the enterprise inventory continues to be at a high level, and the situation of profit loss is particularly obvious.
