It agrees with the research conclusion of the report of "deferred development" and agrees to conclude the report in principle.

According to the meeting, Ganzhou City carried out textile printing and dyeing feasibility study, made many investigations in five counties (cities), coastal areas and inland areas of the industrial belt, repeatedly solicited opinions from relevant units directly under the city, experts and scholars, and comprehensively considered water resources, environmental capacity, heat and gas supply, printing and dyeing technology and other constraints, so it was scientific and prudent to draw the conclusion of "delaying development".

The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to improve the political position, resolutely implement the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt of "jointly focusing on major protection and not engaging in major development", implement the planning positioning of the provincial level for the textile and clothing industry of Ganzhou City, temporarily stop introducing printing and dyeing industries and projects, deepen the market segmentation of the industrial chain, and avoid greed for perfection.
