Hubei Chamber Of Commerce In Guangdong Province Organized Nearly 300 Garment Enterprises To Enter Qingyuan

On March 18, Qingyuan Matchmaking Conference for High Quality Development of Textile and Clothing and the 2023 Spring Festival Group Salutation of Clothing and Fashion Professional Committee of Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province were held in Guangzhou Beizhongda Fashion Technology City, Qingyuan City. Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province organized nearly 300 garment enterprises to enter Qingyuan to discuss the transfer of textile and garment industry and the high-quality development of textile and garment.

The event was guided by Qingyuan Municipal People's Government, hosted by Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province, organized by the Fashion Professional Committee of Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province, Zhonghua Group (Guangzhou Beizhongda Fashion Technology City), and co organized by Qingyuan Rural Commercial Bank, Qingyuan Hubei Chamber of Commerce, and Zengcheng Office of Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province. Lin Kecong, Vice Mayor of Qingyuan City, Teng Huaguo, President and Secretary of the Party Committee of Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province, and others attended the conference.

Guangzhou Beizhongda Fashion Science and Technology City, as the core area and starting area of the "ten thousand mu, one hundred billion level" manufacturing platform, covers an area of 2000 mu. It is a key project in Guangdong Province to build a new generation industrial park with textile and clothing as the leading and fashion industry cluster. The project focuses on building an integrated, digital and intelligent manufacturing platform for the whole industry chain, such as spinning, weaving, garment making, and digital printing. Through information empowerment, it will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, create a fashion industry cluster of more than 100 billion levels, and promote the high-quality development of the textile and clothing industry in Guangzhou and Qinghai.

Lin Kecong said that Qingyuan is the back garden of Guangzhou. He hoped that garment enterprises could aim at the market, seize the opportunity, make full use of the convenient conditions and industrial chain supporting advantages of Guangzhou Beizhongda Fashion Technology City, further expand their own development space, and accelerate transformation and upgrading.

Teng Huaguo said that the Chamber of Commerce will closely follow the steps of the provincial party committee and government, give play to its own advantages, and actively cooperate in investment promotion. It is hoped that garment enterprises in Guangdong and Hubei will seize the opportunity to transfer in an orderly manner.

On March 19, the textile and clothing high-quality development (Qingyuan) entrepreneurs' forum was held, and representatives of many textile and clothing enterprises who intend to settle in participated in the forum. The two sides made in-depth exchanges on preferential policies, park construction, industrial supporting facilities and other aspects of settling in the park.
